Great girls they are so very efficient in everyway. My only wish would be better communication skills. Sometimes when client with a disability wants to understand more about their account more compassion could be shown. Sadly cliet was told Woodforest elected to close the account where the disability check goes and has been for over year and now it's disconcerting where deposits are including tax refunds and stimulus during this pandemic has only caused hightend anxiety. Didn't go to baton rouge band.

Opened up 25 minutes late and didn’t even acknowledge the fact that they wasted my time. I stood there and watched them open the bank up late and they couldn’t have cared less that they had a line of at least four other people. Terrible service. Worst branch I’ve ever been to. What kind of bank doesn’t open until 1025?

Both branches in Baton Rouge, Louisiana are horrible about answering their phones. Even if they are busy you are still unable to leave a message because the mailbox is always full.

I want to comment April Shiver for her efforts in assisting our company today. Recently, we were in the LA performing contracting work when we had an issue with our deposit and getting funds to continue the project. April took the time out of her day and made calls to various people to lift the "hold" on our funds so we can continue our work. April and her team paid special attention to our needs and addressed it professionally and relentlessly and literally saved the day. Thank you all for your help!

Well on a different occasion I would have something good to say about the customer service but today is not that day. I've been calling my bank for two weeks now about a issue and I've been leaving messages but no one was returned my call yet, I am so disappointed. I believe it time for me to change my bank.

I have been a customer at this bank since 2010 and only go to Baker and Seigan. To think I would be experiencing what I experienced today suprises me. Somehow, noone chose to research my check history before refusing to deposit my most recent check, and then declined me service without even an option of a hold due to the suffix in my name. This lack of cooperation will cost more time and man hours to get reprocessed. In short, I'm disappointed.

Very disappointed with services I'm receiving. I have a nice sum of money in this institution but continue to receive poor customer service. I called today to inquire about a wire transfer. Due to my busy schedule I wanted to handle the transfer via phone. I was told that I had to go into a branch and that it would take 24 hours for the recipient to receive the funds. Upon going to the bank, I was told that I could have called in and that the funds would be transferred that same day before 5:00 pm. This is the second issue I've had with customer service. The staff are not adequately trained and consistently give out wrong information. I plan to close my account due to poor customer service. I don't recommend this bank,

I don't like this branch in particular because everyon has attitudes. I started going to the branch in Baker and they are so helpful and pleasant especially the managers.
