Horrible, Horrible, Horrible customer service! Do not shop here! Shop at School Time or Inkas. The customer service is a 0! They seem to have an attitude problem! Also, I ordered 2 shirts and it took a month to come in! When I finally received them, it was the wrong items.They said they could order me the correct ones but it would take 2 months for me to receive them! I just ended up getting a refund! I wish I could give them a O star! Quality of items are horrible as well! Very cheap fabric!UPDATENo ma’am! That is false. If I didn’t specify what was wrong with my order, how would I have known that the correct shirt order would take 2 months to come in?? Also, why was my order even wrong if I gave the store associate the shirt I wanted to order? And you still ordered the wrong item! Doesn’t make sense at all. Poor customer service! I won’t ever shop here again!

Logos are falling off after 2nd wash and I am told that they no longer have the logos but I can pay extra to have it monogrammed with no promise that it will cover previous logo. I am in week 2 of school with $100 worth of shirts that are falling apart. Worst customer service and quality ever!!!!UPDATE I did bring this issue to your store, I spent my lunch hour yesterday in your store. That is where I received the information and direction I was given. I was told that it's not her fault I'm just following the rules and my option was to pay for monogramming or take my items!!!

I’ve been buying uniform pants from Young Fashions in Baton Rouge for a long time. This year the quality of the khaki uniform pants is poor. We’ve had 3 pairs of these pants split at the crouch due to substandard stitching. Dissatisfied former customer.

I ordered over $200 worth of items and they didn’t arrive until a month later. One of the items was not even in the box and wasn’t told to me. I had to return some items and paid forReturn Shipping. It was confirmed received 3 weeks ago and I STILL HAVENT RECIEVED MY MONEY BACK. I’ve called several times but the return department is never available to come to the phone or process myReturn. My money!!! They have their items and my money! I’m filing a complaint with BBB**UPDATE** it has been 6 days since myCompliant with BBB and the good review. Still no refund!!! Still haven’t received my shirt that was in “back order”!

Worst experience EVER! I would like my refund!!! First of all it took forever to get my order. I ordered uniforms 3 weeks before the hurricane hit Louisiana. Once that happened I tried canceling my order because I knew this would further delay it. I called the Lafayette location and was told to call the Baton Rouge location because they process returns there. Now why would you tell me to do that when you knew full well they had no electricity? I call the other location and of course they couldn’t help me. I then tried to submit a dispute through PayPal. This was an additional 2 weeks and they finally sent out the order because of PayPal.By then I had purchased uniforms elsewhere. When I received my order I didn’t get everything I ordered and was not notified they were out of stock. I sent the order back the next day and had to pay $15 for shipping. Never mind the fact that this is the 2nd time I’ve had to pay for shipping on 1 order.They received the return on 9-16-21 (verified by USPS notification). I called Tuesday 9-21-21 to double check that they received my return. I was told yes and they would process it tomorrow (Wednesday). It’s Friday and my return still has not been processed. I called again today and was told they would process it tomorrow (Saturday). These people are fraudulent. I’m sure there will be another reason why they haven’t processed my return.Uniforms are expensive and having to purchase 2 sets of uniforms is really expensive. I would like my money. They did not have to wait to get paid or to receive their merchandise back. Why am I getting the run around about getting my money back? If my money is not returned in the next couple days I’m filing a complaint with the BBB. I understand they were affected by a hurricane but you still have a business to run. I saw the review of a couple other people who had the same problem as myself. YF excuse is the hurricane but what was the excuse before the storm? This has been the worst experience ever. Please return the money that is owed to myself and others.Update:So I received my refund today 9-25-21 but only a partial refund. How do you charge me for something I didn’t receive? I returned ALL of the shirts that I purchased and sent it back with the same packing list you mailed me. On the packing list it is CLEARLY written in from whoever packed the original order that the neckties were out of stock they would be sent when they came in. I then wrote on the return form EVERYTHING I wanted a refund for. THE WHOLE ORDER which included the ties that I didn’t receive. So of course to my surprise my refund is short $25 because you still charged me for something I never received. I WANT ALL OF MY MONEY BACK. Buyer beware because this is not how a business is supposed to do it’s customers. I would think twice before ordering from this place you will be without your money and uniforms.

I placed an order the first week in August and not until Friday September 24th did I get two articles from the order. When I called the lady on the phone said they were sewing the patches on my sweaters at that moment and would call me when they were ready. However, when I picked them up I later discovered there were no logo patches on them. Since we are new to the area, my kids have been wearing the same second hand outfit every day since the first day of school. Apparently every uniform shop designated by my kids’ school is two-three months back-ordered. Completely unacceptable. Just mail me the patch and clothing an I’ll sew it on myself.

Many staff were not wearing masks, or social distancing during the beginning of the Delta surge.To me, this shows a lack of concern for customers' safety. I will not be returning.

Fair prices, fast cashier and kind people
