Excellent location for peace and quiet, no traffic it's away from the road, it's got plenty parking, very clean everywhere you look the grounds are nicely landscaped, there is a very nice area where you can cook outside with grill picnic tables. Staff is awesome ? ? ? very friendly, polite, well spoken ? ? room was clean ? ? ? yes the chair had some spots on it, and there was no vent in the bathroom so there was rust on the door frame and hinches, but I don't consider that dirt. Hallway, stairs, entrance to the hotel clean ? always fresh coffee ☕ ? I would stay there again ???✌⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ very pleasant experience

Stayed her for my weekend in New Orleans. It as a bit out of the way (which I was not aware of before booking) but they were nice. The room was ok and I don't recall any issues.

Great friendly service. Room very small. Bed hard. This is good enough for one night travel evey 2 weeks on the way to work. Price is ok with discount.

The staff was very accommodating and attentive. The accommodations were as well kept as any facility could be that is in immediate need of updating and a decor refresh. I’m sure this pragmatic property caters well to the industries in the immediate area.

The rooms are cosy and clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is perfect if you want to be away from the traffic and big city life.

1. The hotel was a LONG way away from New Orleans (it was an inconvenience and it's misleading)2. The room they gave us was dirty (they had to give us a new one.3. There is no uber or lyft that comes out there and it's $75 for a cab!4. There are no lights on in the parking lot at night it is PITCH BLACK (unsafe)5. The staff is never at the front desk6. The breakfast was half cooked, half stocked, and the juice was always empty.7. ALL AROUND BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!

The only problem is the Wi-Fi, sometimes it doesn't connect. Otherwise, the room service is fantastic, my room looked amazing. I loved my room and the breakfast.

This hotel is mostly used for oil & gas workers to stay while they work or before going offshore. Nothing about this hotel is for tourist to NOLA. You will have only two gas stations and oil refinery in the area of this hotel.

It is way further from actual downtown New Orleans then describe it was almost a 45-minute drive. We had mold issues in the room.

After driving 10 hours to this hotel, we were informed by Donna that our room was not available due to us arriving at 230 a.m. Even though we had an email confirmation and a phone record of our booking She said check in was at 3 p.m. and we should've been there. With a seemingly empty parking lot, there were "no rooms available". She said we could book a suite but that we would have to pay full price instead of giving it to us at the price we originally booked and some of our money for the difference would hopefully be refunded by the manager on Monday when she came in. It's now 3 a.m. and we have to try and find a new room elsewhere. Donna cussed us and threatened to call the cops when we demanded an explanation. If I could give 0 Stars I would.

I have only been here one night out of my stay here, but the front desk clerks were friendly, warm, ans receptive. I got to thw hotel pruor to check in time, and they gave me information about places to eat while I wait and directions. I am staying in one of the suites and it is nice and roomy, even has a reading nook along the window. The veiw is amazing as its along the Mississippi River, although I cannot see the river, seeing green is nicer than seeing builsings and cars. It is easy to get to without knowi g the area.
