Arrived at 7:45am and empty at 2:15pm, almost 7 hours to unload. If you're delivering here make sure you have elog time and plenty of time to get reloaded.

Alliance Refinery began operations in 1971 and is one of the last refineries built in the United States. The refinery was named after the Alliance Plantation that was on the current refinery site in the 1800's. It employs approximately 420 employees and 450 contractors. The Alliance Refinery processes about 247,000 barrels of crude oil per day. It is a single train sweet crude refinery situated on Louisiana Highway 23, south of Belle Chasse, Louisiana. Alliance Refinery has been owned by several different oil companies. Gulf, Chevron, SOHIO, BP, BPAmoco, Tosco, ConocoPhillips, and Phillips 66. The primary products are gasoline and jet fuel and the primary by products are petroleum coke and sulfur. It operates 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.
