“The dispatcher told me Noah, the tow truck driver, would arrive in 30 minutes and Noah was there in 15 minutes. The mechanic at Firestone commented on fast the tow truck arrived. I telephoned several towing companies and B’s Towing Service had the best price. My vehicle had to be towed 125 miles. Noah was able to load the vehicle onto the tow truck in approximately 5 minutes and he also stopped so I could get something to eat. B’s Towing Service is professional, efficient, reliable, and fast. They were able to process my credit card payment in the tow truck. 100% the best.”

“We drove to New Orleans from South Carolina for a 5-day stay, arriving late Friday afternoon, Nov 24. Upon arrival at our hotel, we unloaded our luggage. We had temporarily parked on the sidewalk because Gravier St. was full of traffic. When we came back to move the car to a parking garage, the car would not start at all. With a car parked on the sidewalk, we knew we had to take some fast action.But without knowledge of the town, we did not know who to call for help. We did not know who we could trust. We found Rudy Smith towing company on the internet; ratings were positive. I called a dispatcher and from that point on, the driver, Timothy, called me to report his progress. At several junctures he wanted to turn around. The traffic was horrendous and he feared that he would not be able to park his truck to set up for the tow. I pleaded with him and encouraged him; he did not give up. He was very courteous and professional when he arrived. He helped me understand what he would do with my car & keys once he got it to Honda. Bottom line is, I trusted a total stranger to tow away my car in an unfamiliar town to a service location I'd never visited. Timothy delivered. Thank you.”

“Didn't actually get towed by aces, the police gave me the wrong info at first, but they were so super helpful and polite in helping me find the correct Towing yard where my truck was at, even though the police gave me completely the wrong name and I was not a customer, they took time to help me navigate the system and find the correct towing company, and I could not have been more impressed with their customer service for someone who wasn't even a customer of theirs. Their consideration in helping me navigate what was a very confusing situation was completely unnecessary on their end and so much appreciated on my end. Can't speak for their Towing specifically, but highly recommended customer service, and they truly seem like very nice people all around. Easy 5 stars”
