Sad to say I wish the young lady was still working there and not the grump who behind the screen. Not once did he get up out that chair until he had to. The only reason he got up is to unlock the propane cage and even then no even a simple smile was used. While I am a man, he did not even have the courtesy to offer help carrying tanks. Think I will go somewhere else for better customer service.

Unless they're sold out, I won't go anywhere else. The lady behind the desk is always smiling and super friendly. She goes above and beyond every time I am there for propane or water. Thank you for having the BEST customer service.

Amazing service. My grandfather was very happy. After he got a penske rental price from the lady in the office, he decided to shop around after everyone being about the same he decided to go back there because she was so nice and kind and always smiled. While the system was being glitchy she still smiled and made the process for him quick and simple. Best custom service in a long time.

My experience was especially wonderful. I called after hours and they had no problem setting me up. These folks are very helpful and friendly. If above and beyond is a standard mark they wanted to achieve they can check that block! Thank you does not cover it, but I give you all my thanks!

Best storage facility in North Bossier area. They will cover all your storage needs that you have and answer any questions for you. They are the professionals. If you didn't value your belongings you wouldn't be storing them. Make sure their well taken care of. Use these guys!
