The proof is in the premium. I switched to Lisa Dilts State Farm which was about $60 a month less than what i had been paying and my bill for May is $97 cheaper than my former insurance company that I had been with for over 20 years. Matthew called me, introduced himself, very knowledgeable and patient with my questions and I switched to State Farm and Lisa's office. I signed up for the Safe Driving app and Diane took the time to walk me through each step of the installation and my first bill was a savings of $97 from my premium of a company I had been loyal to for years. I am thrilled with the savings and love the friendliness and helpfulness of Lisa Dilts' office.

I was having problems setting up the drive safe app and called several different toll free numbers but couldn’t get anyone to help me. They eventually put me through to my local State Farm Agent Lisa Dilts office. A very nice lady named Diane knew exactly what to do. I did what she told me and I was so happy that it worked. I was so stressed so thank you so much Diane for your help.
