“ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!! I went through heck and back today trying to get my urgent meds filled. My usual pharmacy didn't have what I needed in stock, and I was completely out and needing my next dose tonight. Mind you, this is meds to help me breathe. After HOURS of back and forth on the phone with my Dr's office and insurance trying to get things approved and transferred over to Rocky's, my Dr finally got my meds called into Rocky's less than an hour before closing. Rocky's had outstanding communication with me through the whole process, even calling me to let me know when my Dr finally called my meds in. I live too far away from them to have made it there before they closed at that point, so I had to send my mom for pick-up. They had my meds waiting for her when she got there, and even went the extra mile to get my insurance information themselves before she got there! I will most certainly be using Rocky's Med Shoppe from now on!! If I could give Rocky's a million stars, I would!!! A million thank you's to them!!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!!”
