My 90 yo mom lives in Bogalusa and was having issues with her smart phone that we have on our plan in Texas. She took it into Emily at this location and through a couple of visits and phone calls, we got the situation handled. Emily was patient, professional and oh so kind! My mom was stressed but Emily made her feel at ease.Thank you Verizon and Emily!

They will rip you off. They are a third party company. Sold me two phones for my sons told me they were on sale for $99 . After purchasing saw them for free on Verizon’s website. Went back to store and they said they would have to charge me $ 100 to restock. But said they could knock off the activation fees to lower the cost. Not only did they not knock off the activation fees but I was charged $210 for each phone. Don’t trust them. Do yourself a favor and go to an actual Verizon store or shop online.

Kenneth is literally the best agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I’d rather spend more money to get the level of service than to shop for a deal. He went above and beyond what I’d have reasonably expected out of a agent . Truly a wonderful person to work with.

The Rep couldn't help me get into my account on my prepaid account he said I have to call 611 I have already done that and I told him so but,he still couldn't help what do they do to help someone to get in their account.they don't even try to help! I am using another phone that I am considering to keep and ditch Verizon.i can only pay my bills at that store.they need to learn how to trouble shoot peoples phones. I would have put no stars but I know u have to put at least 1.

He was a great customer service representative for Verizon. He explained everything that I needed to know. He was also training another customer service representative for yall and he was doing a excellent job explaining to him what to do. Jason know how to get the job done right.
