I have tried several other banks for satellite locations for my companies, including Chase Bank and have closed the accounts because the service and culture is so bad. “I've dealt with Regions for years. I've used many different branches in different states. Never had even the smallest issue. Some years ago a waitress stole my account number and made a bunch of charges. That was on Sunday. Monday morning I called the bank and the kind and competent lady stayed on the phone with me and worked to get everything squared away. The complaints I see here are obviously from 'Karens' that have no idea how banks work.”
