“Awesome Day! At Cubesmart went too pay my storage in Bossier City
The GM Tracey has an amazing attitude towards her customers glad i has my storage there”
“Although, the unit broke down 8 miles into the move, and had to be towed, all parties involved were awesome! Thanks to everyone involved, for the fast responses, and professionalism. It made all the difference.”
“This is a GREAT location at self city storage! Our rep was super helpful and kind! If you get a u haul I would suggest this location if you can get a reservation there!”
“My experience was truly exceptional. Although I have forgotten the lady's name, I recall that she drove a blue car and was incredibly helpful from day one, making me feel like she was my family member. I love and appreciation her, she was consistently encouraging and willing to lend assistance. When I went to let her know I was all cleaned out she hugged me and wished me well We need more individuals like her in the world. I was reluctant to leave, and I highly recommend this storage facility to everyone. I really love her and I hated to leave her I plan to just go by and visit her sometimes.”
“This was the nicest truck I have ever rented. The Staff here was top notch. Very clean and the storage area was very nice also. The property was clean and pleasing to the eye. I hope I never have to move again but if I do, I will use this U-Haul location. Thank you very much.”
“Great prices compared to penske. Penske charges 3x higher than U-Haul. Truck rental $111 Vs Penske $311 plus security deposit and extra fees I did want to pay for but they were going to charge anyways. I cancelled my reservation with Penske.”
“Very helpful and friendly staff. Manager went above and beyond in assisting me with all my concerns and questions regarding my rental and contract. Was willing to work with me because of my conflicting schedule and even waited for me to arrive after being 20 minutes late to our scheduled meeting. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a hassle free storage rental experience!”
“Great experience, went above and beyond for my mom. Shawn: general manager here is incredible. The customer service from him is the best hands down! U-Haul must raise this man's pay. Thanks for getting us back on the road Shawn.”
