NOT A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE!!!
Our door and Cabinets never got fixed since we moved in. (Yes, we sent multiple request)
They never care about this water gutter and the safety of their residents.

Plus, They're going to take ALL your deposit. They charged us for almost $300 just for the "normal wear and tear".
We stayed here for 1 year and they changed the management three times already!

Monique is nice, good customer service skills. But I wouldn’t bother moving here. I need simple things done & my work order hasn’t been acknowledged after a month. I text, no reply. I call, no answer. If they can’t handle simple requests I know they won’t fix anything major. This is only my 2nd month here but I can see now I won’t be here long.& Idk what type of city this is to even allow this but the playground on this property isn’t safe for children & needs to be closed.

Not a good place to live and when it's the to move they keep your deposit when you clean up with no problems they try to find something wrong over all I hated it there

Roaches everywhere, electrical issues and the wires caught fire. Go to the next town if you want a hotel. Or go to Chapelle apartments

I love my apartment Manager Shelia .. She has such a bright & professional attitude.. What brightens my day the most with her is she is always wanting to know if I'm okay. Her attention to detail is so amazing to me. You don't find to many concerned ppl these days! I'm VERY VERY THANKFUL FOR HER ‼

Very much affordable!!! Office manager Shelia is so sweet , she shows empathy , and she has a sense of compassion. I walked into her office with so much on my mind, finding a place to live was one. She listened to me , told me what I needed to do , & helped me the whole way through. Today I’m getting to enjoy the pleasures of my NEW HOME... I can’t thank Shelia enough ... THANKS SHELIA
