“I recently had a personal emergency and I’m very grateful for this particular branch and the great customer service/professionalism provided by Emily. She was prompt, understanding, helpful, and overall made my day by actually assisting me with my specific problem.
I had called multiple locations in Shreveport and spoken to different service representatives, to no avail. It reached a point where I realized I was essentially being given the run around. Rep (A) transferred me to Rep (B), Rep (B) transferred me to Rep (C), and Rep (C) transferred me back to Rep (A). This was frustrating since my issue was time sensitive and I was not getting the assistance I needed. I was actually getting annoyed with Carter Credit Union as a whole.
I then called this particular branch in Bossier and I’m very thankful that it was Emily who answered my call. She solved my issue and communicated with me every step of the way. I sincerely appreciate her, it’s experiences like this one that earn legitimate customer loyalty.

“Having been with a major bank for about 30+ years, they closed all the branches and left open, "the worst to get to drive thru/bank". I changed to ANECA on AIRLINE. ANECA was opening drive throughs, and this was one of the newest ones. Brittany Driggers and crew handled the new customer experience in an exemplary manner. In fact, IT WAS LEGENDARY!
