Not the best experience as far as the pharmacy goes. However it’s not their fault as the management won’t allow the pharmacy to staff truly needed employees in order to keep up with the workload. Pharmacists are some times even working alone. If they are lucky they have one pharmacy tech. Now other places you see multiple pharmacists, multiple pharmacy technicians and pharmacy clerks. Keep in mind pharmacists not only have to focus to ensure no medication errors happen but they also are responsible for counseling patients on their medications and then administering vaccines and now the diagnosis and treatment of Covid! Add all that plus the dr calls plus insurance calls, patient calls! Plus ordering medications that are out of stock then putting up orders as they arrive and the typical filling of patient prescriptions and on top of all that a drive through plus inside service, drop off, pick up, consultations, etc. so next time you are frustrated with these professionals keep in mind how frustrated they probably are and that they are doing their very best to even continue much less put a smile on their face as people are very ugly and rude to them on a regular basis. Give them a break please!

Terrible! Live in Texas, doc is in Shreveport and can only get rx filled in Louisiana- drive from Texas yesterday (1/14), during my 4 hour drive, I call ahead of time to ensure they have my rx in stock, Not only did they verify the rx was there on the phone, they also confirmed when I physically dropped it off. This was 11:00 AM on Saturday. They have my number because before I made it to my truck, they called me to verify my birthday - I leave and plan to pick the rx up later. Never heard anything, so I get there at 10:00 AM (time pharmacy opens) this morn (1/15) and the pharmacist *Christopher Izah* let’s me know they don’t have it in stock ?. Had the script in their possession for almost a full 24 hours AFTER confirming it was on the shelf TWICE- Im on a schedule, so I don’t have time to look for another pharmacy before having to go back to Texas. Most aggravating part is knowing they had my phone number - and had no problem calling me about things they were in need of - but NO call to let the customer know about them being wrong about availability of product - could’ve easily found another pharmacy yesterday afternoon- currently driving back to Texas with no medication. Unprofessional, lazy, and zero remorse shown. Hopefully this keeps people from visiting this pharmacy ✌?

Terrible customer service. They absolutely ignore customers. You’re better off calling than walking in.

The store itself is nice, but probably the nicest thing about is actually the vast grassy field behind it. It looks like it's on the edge of a plain.

Service in the store and pharmacy is fine. Just don't call and expect someone to answer, it's not happening.

For the love of God, please someone get this location more staff in the pharmacy department. If you drop your prescription off, be prepared to maybe get it back in a few days. Try to call? There phones might be dead because no one will ever answer. I don't blame the pharmacist at all. I have seen how hard he works and I don't think they give him a minute off since he's there every single time I go. If it weren't for how sweet he is it would be hard to not lose your mind in there.
