The girl at the window had me sit and wait at the window and then told me to come back in an hour and then when I came back in an hour had me sit and wait another 15 or 20 minutes at the window just to tell me that they didn't have one of my prescriptions and that the insurance wouldn't cover the other... the one prescription that they did have ready is one that I wasn't there to pick up but if it was ready I don't understand why she didn't just give it to me she didn't even do that. This is not my first time having a problem with this Pharmacy so I will no longer be using this Pharmacy.

These people are a joke and should not be working in the medical fields where peoples lives and wellbeing are at stake…I went there to get an heart medication prescription and I was told that they were not filling any prescription at that time (3:00pm which was 3 hours before they closed) unless it was an emergency drug..so I’m asking what is considered an emergency drug and she said “ drugs like Covid and flu medications..so my heart doesn’t matter I guess..

Went to get my pain medicine filled after 6 pm and told me that they didn’t have any, so I was going to every pharmacy in town the next day and all of a sudden they had some! This is because the pharmacy people are not doing there job and could care less about helping anyone! So if you read this BEWARE!!!!!

I came to this CVS to receive money from Money Gram when she asked me for the collection number I think the girl was racist because I put the phone on the table for her to look at and she told me she couldn't touch the phone

The people that is at the window to pick up prescription is HORRIBLE RUDE!!! We Have blue cry blue shield Texas insurance I been taking my meds before ftom there now !! They said they don’t take that insurance seriously are you telling me that you are not taking that insurance fro one of the biggest companies here in north Louisiana! More then 10k employees have it in fact my coworker use it this morning!!
You are lazy and rude horrible customer service!!! We are done with this service at cvs we got enough of you dumbest attitude

The people were delightful and extremely helpful and funny and friendly.Store was nice and clean and they had everythimg I needed amd was very easy to fimd. Overall it was a great experience.

The actual pharmacist are very rude!! Very unprofessional and the whole pharmacy is unorganized. Cvs all together for a while now has had a huge turn over with their employees. May need to start paying people better. This particular store is very rude and I will be switching my prescriptions. Be prepared to wait for a long time for your prescriptions here. It's almost impossible to get anyone to answer the phone as well.

Teresa, a manager was so rude and refused to answer my question in a yes or no response. I asked if there is a store manager over the whole store. All she would say is she would transfer me. I did not asked to be transferred. When I asked again she said she answered the question. I still do not know if there is a manager over the whole store and do not plan to come back to the store. The pharmacy will not ever answer the phone.

So as majority of the other reviews and yelp reviews suggest the people who work pharmacy have the worst ghetto attitudes really no home training they talk to you as if your stupid and when they misunderstand what your saying they try to talk louder to cover their lack of knowledge

Brittany and Morgan are truly amazing. Only them two are the ones that cares. They will always answer the phone and wait on you less than 5 minutes. I come to this pharmacy because of them. They get the job done above and beyond. Great workers and great service. When they are off no one ever answers the phone. Brittany and Morgan saves this pharmacy.
