EVERY single time i come around 9pm the doors are lock, the sign on the windows clearly says 10pm. So why are locking doors early? It’s not a holiday and it’s not the weekend. Hours M-Saturday 8am-10pm and Sunday 9a-9p. No excuses dollar tree. DO BETTER. this was my last straw with y’all and i won’t be back.

Very ghetto, rude, and unhelpful people that work here. Everyone has attitudes and don’t offer any assistance when you’re having an issue in this store.

Your Bossier store on airline, is falling off in customer service. I was in today you had 1 cashier who was walking around eating and directions people to self checkout..I had 4 items did not want to use card, so I was told I had to wait in line behind person on 1 register that would take cash..Don't think you would like this service, if it were you.

This used to be my fav dollar tree to go to but lately it’s been a mess, low stock, and lots of boxes… thought I walked into a family dollar or dollar general one day the amount of boxes on the floor… they also don’t seem to be getting a lot of the nice new goodies I’ve seen in other nicer stores. I don’t mind driving to haughton if they are gonna have the good stuff before I come back to this one.. I hope they get themselves together soon.

Simple experience. I didn't recieve any standout customer service but most people don't do here for that. This was a relatively clean store. I desired a wroclaw shipping trip with low prices and that's what I got.

I went to this Bossier City store with my granddaughter last night to do some shopping for a baby shower I have been working on.I had a shopping cart full and we went to check out and nobody was at the register so we went to the self checkout and the screen was turned up,so we turned it facing us and it said to start push here so we did and a awful rude lady with no name tag approached us and said she wished people would learn how to read,cause they were closing that self check out,but it said nothing about closing it.I told her she didn't have to be so rude.She had no name tag so I took a picture of her.She said hell no you aren't taking a picture of me she didn't give me permission and I told her she has no name tag and I am reporting her .She then told us we cant have our items we shopped an hour for and then turned the register peice where you see the price toward us and said there I took a picture of you to and you are no longer allowed in this store.She is very unprofessional and rude.I left and didn't have time to go to another store,so now I have to make another trip tomorrow. I am so totally disgusted.
