I do not like having packages delivered by FedEx. On numerous occasions, my packages are left out in my yard instead of placing them on my porch. I have limited mobility and it is difficult for me to bring them that far. If I could have things shipped any other way I would but it’s not always my choice but the company I purchase from.

The lady wasn't very helpful and Rushed me off. She had something else more important to do than talk to me give me bad information. I called the company that I received the part from and and got on them. Because of what she said the next day fedex it is delivered. The part that she said wasn't coming. This is bad customer service on fedex.

They don't bring packages to your door. They leave them outside your gate for just anyone to steal.

Have a sign to put pkgs in package box. They put it in a cooler with water and bottles floating around in it. The box was sitting on a 4 x 4 porch and says packages on it. They didn’t know the difference from a a small cooler from a box for packages. And the next shipment they leaned it against the back of my car. If my husband had not gotten home 15 minutes before I left I would have backed over it. I walk around the front of my car to get in, so I would not have seen it. I never look forward to packages from FedEx being delivered to my house. There have been several other things but these two were the most recent ones. I gave them a score 1 just because they at least found their way to my house.

Had to be home to sign for package. They gave me a 6 hour block period to be home. Missed the driver by twenty min. Called their dispatch to see if they would swing back by and drop it off. Nope have to wait. Said there is no way for them to contact the driver which is stupid. I work in customer service where we go to homes to work on equipment. Customer miss us all the time and we will swing back by if it’s within a hour or so. We understand people have jobs also. Have the one star review due to customer service on trying to help me get my package. All she could say is I’m sorry for the inconvenience, there’s nothing I can do. Wouldn’t call the driver to drop off at location. I offered to meet or go to drop off location they have based around town to get my package. Can I wait, yes. Just that there was no attempt to help me get my package at noon. Still had two hours in the block period. Horrible customer service but can’t expect anything else these days.

Kyle (I believe that Kyla was her chosen name) was very helpful, personable, and made sure I got the job done and for the best price, across the multiple choices. Also, she was pretty easy on the eyes. I'd recommend this site.
