I saw a big hex screw lodged in my tire when I left Ollie’s today. I pulled into to mavis at 4:45 and they were willing to plug it for me. I walked across the street to grab some food and when I got back, they showed me the short screw that went in my tread but never punctured the tire. I tried to pay Kevin for his guy’s time but he would only accept my handshake. I’ll definitely be back to price some new tires soon!

These guys are AWESOME! I had just purchased a used Kia Soul a few days before I visited Mavis in Bossier City. After a visit to a garage for the horrible shaking I experienced I was advised of the condition of my rear tires. Steel belts showing through. I decided to give Mavis the business. The reason why is before I purchased my new used car and was borrowing a car to drive, the tire pressure was decreasing as the weather cooled. When I stopped by they had me drive right into a stall, properly inflated each tire, I didn't even have to get out of the car, and sent me on my way with no charge. Great customer service.Side note, after I drove my new used car home from the dealer where I purchased it, the engine light came on. After they installed my new tires the engine light went off. I dont know what kind of magic they have but it worked for me. The car stopped shaking and I can actually drive 55 mph without thinking the entire car was falling apart.They have my business for life!Great staff, very courteous, great facility, made me feel I was the most important person there that day.Thanks for everything guys, you are THE BEST!

Came here yesterday to get my back tires replaced. Waited for four hours before they realized they changed the wrong tire. They said nothing was wrong with one of them even though the tread is clearly coming off. I left with one tire replaced. The tire they replaced just shred to pieces. I highly recommend going to some place else to get your tires changed. They are slow and do not have any clue what they are doing.

Great, attentive customer service. Didn't realize my tire was covered under warranty. They researched my history and found out it was. They had excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend. A BIG THANKS TO ALL OF YOU FOR HARD WORK AND SHOWING TERRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! WAY TO GO!!

I would like to say JP is an amazing person. He really helped me and my family in our time of need. We was traveling through Shreveport LA headed to Savanna GA and we got an unexpected flat. He and his team were very professional and helpful. They repaired our tire in no time. I would like to thank JP and his team and wish them a Merry Christmas. You guys are the best hands down!!!!!

These guys took care of me when I limped my car in on a near flat tire thanks to Louisiana roads. They were very nice and even offered customers a donut while we all waited. Manager and staff were friendly and quick to act knowing my tire was losing pressure fast. I got four tires earlier this year at a Mavis outside of Atlanta, GA, with excellent service there too. I sincerely appreciate JP!

Kevin and his team are great folks. I showed up without an appointment. Not only did he squeeze me in at the last minute, but he drove me home to pick up my second vehicle so I wouldn't miss an appointment. Their service and price were excellent. Tell your friends!

Called for an appt. was told one was made and to be there when they open. Arrived on the day early only to find appt. had not been made and that the mechanic would not arrive for another 2 hours. While waiting to find out my bad news, another customer came in and was complaining about poor work on her car and a quote from this shop for her son's car that was found to be false information after having another mechanic check the supposed problems on that car. Not a good impression at all. I left because i refused to spend my entire day waiting on a service i was supposed to have prescheduled.

On November 2nd I brought my 2016 Jeep Wrangler into Mavis at 2134 Airline Dr, Bossier City,LA 71111. I requested they look at my tire rod and align and balance my tires. I took a day off ofwork for this. After their “inspection” I was told I needed two new tires. They said the tire rodwas fine and they balanced and aligned all of my tires. I left and immediately knew somethingwas still wrong. I contacted a different mechanic shop for later in the week as I use my car forwork and could not take off additional days. After 3000 miles of working I was able to go toanother mechanic. There was evidence that my new tires had worn down due to not beingaligned or balanced. The weights on the tires were never removed so when the new tires were puton the tire machine it damaged my rims. The alignment software showed my tires were notaligned as well, and due to the weights all being pushed since they were never removed, theywere also not balanced. This shows that the alignment was never performed. As soon as my Jeepwas lifted the tire rod visibly dropped down. This indicates that this “inspection” was neverperformed by Mavis. My brand-new tires had now been driven 3000 miles unaligned andunbalanced. They showed wear beyond the normal range for that mileage. My Jeep was now inthe mechanics for an additional day where I had to miss out on work. I called Mavis and spoke toan assistant manager. He apologized and said he would issue me a full refund. He also said to notlet anyone at the Airline Drive Mavis touch my vehicle as he would not trust them to fix it and tojust come in and get my refund. He instructed me he was not able to do it over the phone but tocome in the next day. I arrived the next day to a new person. He told me he had no idea what Iwas talking about and that only corporate could do refunds. I was to again take off work andreturn the next day. I called Mavis on 11/13/2023. They instructed me to come in and to receive afull refund. Again, I took off work to go to Mavis. A mechanic checked my Jeep, and I was toldby that mechanic that my refund was fully processed and corporate approved, but then he justleft the desk and the entire store. The manager then told me he would give me a refund. Again,my refund was processed and approved by corporate. Then he left. Another technician came intrying to help me and again my refund was processed and approved by corporate. A fourthperson came in and said he would do my refund he was the assistant manager. This was the sameperson that told me the day earlier he could not do anything. This person then told me my refundwas not processed once again and he would only do my alignment because “3000 miles isn’t thatmuch.” 3000 miles on unaligned and unbalanced tires is a lot, and my rims had been damaged,and alignment and balancing had never taken place. He told me he had to inspect my car becausehe had his own procedures. At this point I had already had my car inspected, my refundprocessed multiple times, and had been here for over an hour. I stated that and I had to return towork. This man then stood over me and threatened me. I was now fearful for my safety and leftthe store. I am requesting a full refund to my credit card due to the fraudulent claims of Mavisand the work stated was not done

Honestly, didn't think I'd have such great consistent service here. They are actually amazing and will literally do whatever they can to help you fix whatever is going on with your vehicle. They even stayed super late passed the closing time and didn't let me leave without all my problems being fixed. 100% recommend this place to anyone. Above and beyond customer service as well.

Took my Jeep in because of a terrible sound the tires were making. 2 hours later it had not even been looked at. They told me it would be done in 3 hours so I had someone pick me up. I called at 3 hours and it was just now being seen. They finally admitted only having one mechanic, as they had fired one early in the morning. They finally told me the problem but didn't have the part. Told me it would be done by1030 the next morning. I had my ride just drop me off.. but it wasn't done. I had doctors appts that were a must. The only reason I'm not giving this place 1 star is because the manager let me use her vehicle to go to the appts. I was shocked but thankful. So I did. When I got back two hours later it had just been finished. They told me the price and I couldn't believe the price. I told them they owed me a discount. They wouldn't budge. $388.92 for two rotors and brakes. This was July of this year. Forgot to post a review before now.

Awesome service, waited on me even though I was coming from Marshall, and were kind enough to wait on me. Super sweet staff, clean accommodations, and even called the Marshall store back to see if they could mount the tire back for me! (No one would let me drive on the donut to Shreveport)!!
