PLEASE train your forklift operators on proper loading practices. There are teenagers that do not know what they're doing (certainly not their fault) in charge of loading large amounts of materials cutting the bindings and hand loading materials that are much safer left bound. This has been a continual issue at minimum for the last 6 months.

Manager Ariel said the trucks parked on the street part of their parking lot is the only place they can park without it getting in their customer's way. If you are bothered by the trucks while trying to drive in their parking lot, I suggest you call as well. I was the only complaint they have ever heard over these last two months about the trucks, according to Ariel. As a customer, these trucks are most definitely in my way as I try to get through the intersection blindly, 3 kids in the car, and pray to the Lord that there isn’t someone tearing through that I can’t see.
Love the app! The workers are always so friendly, but not overly so. I’ve been a customer for 10 years and enjoy most interactions with their staff. (Ariel was not terribly friendly today on the phone, but I suppose it was the end of a long day)

How bothered they are EVERYTIME you try to get someone to cut anything for you ! & if it's lumber they recite their company policy about more than "two cuts it's a project and i can't do it" , and we understand that but if you gonna offer rude service, at least cut a straight line!!
