Was looking for dockers chino’s but I couldn’t find any in my size. They may have them but all the shelves were unorganized and most of the stock was not folded properly. Could be a really nice store but not at all organized. I would think that’s a management issue because the store across the river in Shreveport is very organized. Come on Bossier we can do better than this.

I love this place. It's where I do most of my shopping. Most times I always find what I need. I would hate to not have a JC Penney Store around.

My boyfriend and I went to find engagement rings and Mrs Henrietta Blanton customer service was 10/10. So grateful and so happy with our purchase and the ring is beautiful. She made my day thanks again P.S she deserves a raise

I have visited this place most every week with my wife she like to shop and I am just along for the ride/walk. I have seen this JCPenny go from where it was getting really bad to now where it seems to moving in a very good direction. All the salespeople are very respectful and it seems a new guy has been there for a while not sure if he is the general manager or from the corporate office. Everytime my wife and I have come across him he is very respectful and helpful if any of the workers need any help or they have had to call him for help. There are very rarely places you can go nowadays and see that from the workers or the higher ups. Maybe a lot more places need to come to this JCPENNY and get trained. As for us the customers it makes me feel good to put money into a place that has good people working for them. Oh my wife is to excited for the new make up place that just opened.

Just called to ask a question about my order. The first call I was hung up on.The second call I was put on hold long enough for me to take a light nap. Third call some one in the women's department answered again and she was very rude.

One star because you can't leave zero. I placed an order on September 24 that was to be in by October 4th for Homecoming on the 8th. It's the 11th and my order still hasn't arrived. Customer service says that when I placed my order the warehouse was out of the item so on the 30th of September they ordered the item and it should be in any day now.It's absolutely ridiculous to sell merchandise that you don't have and then when your don't meet the delivery date just say "oh, we're sorry but these things halogen sometimes." These things meant you have my money and I had to go but another shirt and wait for this one to come in so I can return it to get my money back. What an absolute joke.This is the 2nd time lately they have messed up an order. Sorry, but I think my shopping days here are done.
