I cannot say enough great things about Loan Survivor Pawn Shop in. Bossier. City. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how friendly, welcoming, and helpful everyone was. The customer service was truly wonderful. The staff took the time to answer questions, help me find what I was looking for, and made the entire experience feel easy . You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and want everyone who walks through the door to have a great experience.
I was also really impressed with the selection. They have such a wide variety of items to choose from, especially Jewelry , Tools and guns there was so much more to look through than I expected. Everything was easy to browse, and I loved being able to find so many different things all in one place.
What really stood out to me, though, was how well I was treated. Great customer service can make such a difference, and the team here definitely delivered. Everyone was personable, knowledgeable

She was kind, considerate, and extremely helpful while listening to my issue and thoroughly explaining my options. She advised that I could come into the store the same day, for service, which I did.
