You can tell higher ups could care less about this store . It desperately needs upgrades . The buggies are terrible as they’re always broken or just don’t look clean . This stinks because really nice people work here . Please get them the upgrades they deserve and need . I wish there was a larger organic section and more people who could help the poor older guy out with up keeping .

I came to do some grocery shopping, it was a good size load i was getting...and there were no carts !!! They were all outside, except the ones that the employees were using to restock and move items.. think they would be more concerned with making sure their customers had carts to shop with.. also, this store has been doing some remodeling ... which they now have all cosmetics, hair items, batteries behind a little locked area. If you want anything out of that area you HAVE to pay for it there...mind you I had groceries ready. So, they want you to make two transactions in one store, I assume due to people stealing. However, I walked away and will get all my items at Walmart from now on. I dont have to make two transactions (all i needed was cotton balls...) Also, it amazes me how they can get one person back there to check people out, but never have check out lanes open, everything is self check out...great job Krogers...

I’ve tried to order twice from their deli and both times they have canceled my order, sending me scrambling to find a new option. No one is answering the phone. I will not be using them again.

Gil went ABOVE AND BEYOND to find us two ingredients we needed for our family diner. The store was experiencing a partial power outage and we could tell he was busy but Gil listened and took the time to find what we needed. Service like this is rare and our family diner is better with the two ingredients Gil hunted down.

This store is the worst. They don't even bother to read their own circular and act shocked when you ask where the items are. Answers like we don't carry that go across town and we were out 5 days ago but apparently failed to restock are common. The manager there must really be disconnected.So when you advertise something and people drive to get it but you don't carry it much less repeatedly are out of it it's a waste of time.
