Service department isn't very helpful and pretty rude. You try to ask them questions and they just get annoyed with you and hang up.

I would like to thank Lexi in Service for her most excellent customer service. My radio was defective and took it the dealership for replacement. She followed up with me the next day to inquire if service was to my satisfaction. There were some issues and I conveyed those to her and she set up special appointment for me on a Saturday as I work out of town during the week. She also referred me to the Service Manager, Mr Daugherty as a point of contact as well if needed. She is very diligent in taking care of the customers needs and also very good at Public Relations! She assured me that I have service needs in the future she would take care of me and I truly believe that!!! Thank you so much Lexi!!

Tyler was great to deal with. I recommend 2 more of my buddies to him after I bought my truck and they ended up buying new trucks also the day after me. He's honest and knowledgeable and easy to deal with.

My daughter was in from out of state and had a transmission problem with her 2017 Jeep Compass. According to the codes it could be low on transmission fluid. This cat does not have a dipstick and must be checked by the dealer. We stopped in and learned they could not check the fluid level (no repair, just check level) for three weeks, if we make an appointment. Service writer kept trying to quote a price for a transmission service as an obvious upsell. I decided we would, to be on the safe side, trade in the compass on a new vehicle for my daughter to take back to Indianapolis. Since this dealership obviously has enough customers to backlog things so bad they can't perform a simple fluid check we drove across town to Heberts Town and Country and bought a new renegade. I have bought 3 vehicles in the past from Landers and had plans to replace 2 more in the near future. Looks like Landers has lost a customer.

I had been looking all over the city for a part to my fiat. On a whim I just gave Joe Green a call. Not only did he find the part but he was able to get me in to see a service person right away! I love the guys over at Landers!

I bought a used vehicle with Lander's. Everything was fine until it came time for the financial paperwork. I went in pre-approved with a financial backer but I let the dealership handle the paperwork so they would get a commission. It took almost two months for them to finish the paperwork. Then, they sent the incorrect payoff to payoff my trade-in. I tried to call the dealership several times, including the sales manager. Nobody would answer the calls nor would they return voicemails. When I was able to finally get them to realize their mistake, they printed a check. When I received the check, it was, once again, the wrong amount. I've tried calling again but once again they don't like answering calls. Now, I have to make another special trip just to get them to acknowledge and rectify their next mistake. Do yourself a favor and use a different dealership.

Beyond frustrated with their service department. Absolute joke. They do not care about anything but over charging you so they can make money. Paid over 800 dollars for repairs for a simple fix and now not even a week later my truck is having the same issues. In their defense? It was a faulty part. But now, I have had to wait a week for them to replace the faulty part. On top of that? They don’t ever answer their phone and when they do? They act like it’s an inconvenience that I called. Horrible customer service. Do not take your vehicle here for repairs.
