The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the cost of vehicle maintenance here is outrageous. They charge nearly twice what other mechanics in the area do, and their turnaround time for getting your vehicle back is very slow.

Worst Lexus I have ever been to. Getting your serviced is like pulling teeth. Service department is Terrible and not helpful. The dealership is outdated and old. Never ever have loaner cars available.
