Louisiana Boardwalk Outlets is a beautiful site along the Red River. Unfortunately, most stores are closing and many buildings are empty, making it seem like a ghost town. It has become a place where you walk past many closed shops before finding one in business. While some still have fun dining there, it is sad to see the area with hardly any good stores left compared to when it opened. The location remains a nice area, but it needs more businesses to return.
