I just want to share my experiences and give my appreciation to whom deserves it. I moved cross country from California for work, since day one Amanda has been incredible and TBH it would’ve been a lot harder without her. She not only offered to FaceTime the property and unit but kept me informed on everything. When I moved in there was a few issues and she agreed to take care of it ASAP… Amanda thank you for being so amazing and making my transition easy, I appreciate you and couldn’t have done it with out you .

So I was under the impression that Ms. Amanda was an AMAZING LADY!!!…. From the reviews I read about these apartments!!!…. Not True At all she came across as such but after we was done touring the complex and was assured we was approved and it was for a 2 bed/2bath only thing was left to pay was the deposit which was 400 on the following Monday which they’re closed over the weekend. So on the day of she calls and states that the tenant has decided not to move and that we had to get a 1bed/1bath which was not what I wanted at all!!!..NONE of this was discussed while we was touring the complex at all but she goes to say that’s what we gone have to do or find somewhere else!!!… Not professional at all and she was very rude and not understanding how that set us back the application fee had been paid in all was just waiting to pay the deposit on Monday!!!…And then come to find out she never submitted our application!!!…??… Do not recommend renting here at all this lady is a lier!!!!…PERIOD!!!!

Management and the maintenance staff are hands down above the rest around. They respond in a quick and nice and timely manner and fix the problem as soon as the my can.

The management at North Pointe is AMAZING! They are always on top of everything and makes sure everyone feels at home. Maintenance is always quick to come lend a hand or fix anything! They are absolutely great!

The quietest complex I have ever lived in! Everyone is friendly and stays to themselves. We appreciate Amanda for working with us when we first decided to move in, she is definitely the best. We have loved living here this past year, and will continue doing so considering it's one of the safest complexes in Bossier.

Management Team, is super sweet and helpful, she makes sure she resolve all issues if any occur. Maintenance keeps a smile on his face and when I put in a work order they respond in a timely manner or at least contact me to let me know whats the issue and approximate the wait time. The neighbors are friendly and mind their business and is respectful, my favorite part of living here is having a peace of mind, no drama on the premise and everyone is respectful of each other privacy. I love North Pointe because it’s in a great spot, the apartments are nice, safe and Amanda the Manager is very nice and friendly always making sure we are happy and welcoming! Highly recommended!!!

I am a current resident of North Pointe Apartments and I've loved it since I've moved in. The grounds are very well kept along with the pool area and gym that we also have on the property. Management is absolutely wonderful and very communicative, empathetic and knows the tenants and their fur babies by name. (Very impressive) Although I haven't had many issues since I've been in my unit, the ones I did have were taken care of quickly and efficiently by Maintenance. Management also does a great job following up on requests that have been completed to make sure that things are working just fine. Truly a great place to call home.

We lived here for about 3 years and we never had any issues! Management was super nice and always took care of things we needed. Pool was never overly crowded landscaping was always nice and the community was nice as well we loved all our neighbors! Not to mention the schools are so close it was so convenient to walk our children every morning! And you are in the middle of everything so it’s really easy to get anywhere in town!
