John was so helpful to me and my husband! We were in a pinch due to an event, John really took the time to help us print off and laminate a document. He really is so caring and awesome.

4 hour in the store 4 employees 1 was a manager and one asst. manager and I walk out without any business cards ordered. I designed the cards then they would start to move things around changing spacing making two lines of text into one long text. Moved logos and everyone complaining about what someone else did. Eva complained about everything. Unprofessional group of workers.

Pitiful. I went in on Sunday morning. The store was deserted except the printing area. I found my item and went to check out. I stood alone at the register for several minutes without being helped. There were plenty employees in the other area but not in the front of the store. I finally left my item and the store without being helped. Poor service.

This is the absolute worst office supply place on earth! I ordered about $480 worth of labeling supplies from them along with a Dymo machine to print the labels on. One was too big for the machine so I went to return it. The guy at the counter knew absolutely nothing about how to return it. Even with the order number in hand. I asked for the manager but he said, “I think he just left.” This is obviously ran by a bunch of Democrats with no clue as how they should conduct business! What a joke!
