“Manager Nakhia at the Airline location, was so nice and personable. I've never had a problem at this location with any of the guys but she went beyond with a smile on her face! She asked before she opened my door to check the tire pressure and she asked before she put the sticker on my windshield. Nakhia is definitely a great team member of the company. She acted as if she loves her job and that is not always the case when you work with the public. Good job Valvoline and Great job Nakhia! I can't wait to get my oil changed again!”
