I was extremely satisfied with the service at Precision Collision. They made the insurance process so easy, which took a lot of stress off of me. The owners are so friendly, professional, and genuinely care about their customers. My car looks great, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Deep scratch was just painted over, car was moved to a different location without my knowledge because they couldn’t get it to start after the body work (I was told later), and had to take it back again because the rim hadn’t been repaired

This is our fourth time using Precision Collision for our auto body repairs. From hail damage to spoiler damage to helping me with a completely totaled vehicle to this time where the does I hit made alot of damage. They worked so well with my insurance company and got me my vehicle back in a timely manner. I highly recommend these folks.

Precision Collision got the job done! They went above and beyond and were very detailed in letting me know what was going on. From the highly detailed reports that broke down everything such as where the parts were coming from and what needed to be replaced, to the occasional phone calls about letting me know what was going on, everything was spot on and swift. They made sure I was in the loop with everything and never left me feeling uneasy. My family has used them before and the work and hospitality has only improved. I will continue to use them in the future and I highly recommend them!!

Great customer service in the office I’ve called everyday since my vehicle has been there and not one time were they rude or tired of me calling everytime I called they were nice and very respectful repairs were very quick I really appreciate all of the kindness i recommend this company over any other company and they work with you I got a quote one day and the next day they were already calling telling me I could bring my vehicle as soon as possible!! Thank you for being kind and working around me and my parents schedules

Great experience from start to finish. We are waiting on a part to come in to finish it up, but they have made this experience smooth and easy. The best part is my Son is happy so we are happy. Definitely our go to company for any body and paint work.

Highly not recommended. In adequately under staffed. Made an appointment to have the headlights repaired/replaced on my vehicle. The owner called to schedule the appointment himself. When I arrived the same owner claimed he had forgotten about the appointment. The receptionist had to remind him he had spoken with me twice. In a nut shell a small local business with bad business practices👎🏾👎🏾. I will no thanks to you. I stand by my review. This is a very unprofessional business, highly not recommended.
