I love this Sams! Scan and go is wonderful and saves so much time. You also get discounts in store on certain items. Order pick up is good as well. We love buying in bulk here as it saves money during this inflation. I also want to add that I left my wallet in the buggy by accident and when I went back, they had just closed, but a cart guy helped me check all their buggies they had put up. We did not find it, however a sweet lady went and checked with management and they had it locked up for me. That was very much appreciated that they took care of it so it wasn't stolen.

All was great except for the rude lady checking memberships at the door. I use my screenshot of a physical card for this store all the time. She said I couldn’t. I had to go and download the digital card. She must be new.

The shopping experience was fine for our first time. We were told the Jasmine rice was sold out. The food court area was out of a lot of different fountain sodas. When we approached an associate she working on refilling straws, she said the machines were acting up. We let her know there was no syrup. She brushed it off and walked behind the counter without washing her hands. She did put on gloves to prepare hot dogs for customers though. The entire food team seemed out of sync and didn't greet customers as they waited almost 10 min to pay. We saw several customers walk away not happy. One customer had to get a refund. It looks she was trying to get soft serve. We will return, but probably won't visit the food court area.

In the past 8 months I have had 6 orders that were not delivered to my Grandson and his wife at Barksdale AFB. After 8 months I finally got the answer from Sam's corporate last night that Sam's is using Walmart's GoLocal contract carrier (Used to save delivery money for the store and increase profit) and that GoLocal is not cleared to deliver on base. I asked if Sam's policy is to not support the military by finding a contract carrier that can deliver. They would not answer. If you are military and living on Barksdale AFB then they do not care about taking care of the military. There is nothing on Sam's website that tells you that they are not delivering to bases in the US because of GoLocal. They are lying to their customers. They are no longer military friendly. Boycott and cancel your membership. Go to COSTCO or BJ's.

I ordered for the wrong day. Instead of being able to cancel online like I ordered. I had told an agent on chat to cancel. Never cancel. Then I called store no answer for 3-4mins. So I find an 800 number because the store is busy. The call center puts me on hold for 15mins and transfer to store. Lady who answers has attitude places me directly on hold then transferred ringing for another 3mins before another attitude answered. Have the call center cancel order because the store is full of attitude in bossier city. Give me an option to cancel myself.

I ordered 2 whole pizza through the Sam’s club app and paid. Every single time, they didnt check the online order and i need to wait more than 30 mnts. I never had complained before but today, i was asking young woman please check my order bc every time the oder didnt go through the app so i wanted make sure. And she checked and didnt say anything so i asked her how long it would be, and she said ‘ you are rude ! You have attitude ‘ ehh???? I didnt do anything and feel like she was getting racist bc i am saying this they ignore me when they see me even the casher. And they take care of the people first and i need to wait more, so i choose the app ‘ Cafe’ How come just asking me im rude and i have attitude? They ignore me and i aske front people alway you are in line or nor.She never answered my questions pizza is ready? How long it takes? And then i went to talk to someone and talked she would tell the her manager about the cafe and the young lady.After that i went the cafe again for picking up the pizza, she didnt put the pizzza to oven yet still… i knew she didnt want to make pizza only for me. It took almost 1 hour to get the pizza. Yes, the people ordered later than me they got the whole pizza first. The young woman name is Bri or something i asked her name 3 times and she barely said so I couldn’t hear.I am Asian and i know im not perfect in English but please !!!I always need to be waiting at the cafe even tho i order 30mnts before through the app and i need to wait another 30mnts!!!It is usless to order online then, they never check!! Every time !Why are you being racist?? We are humen dont judge me by the color!!!I never complained before but she complained to me with no reason.I wish this location to improve thier skills and train the employees first HOW TO DO SERVICE RIGHT WAY. Dont need to smile at me but dont yell at me and dont be racist!!!!!

Went in, Met Ms. Mitchell and Mrs. Brenda in the clothing area. Lovely ladies with great customer service. They definitely make a shopping there worth it.
