I wasn’t going to post this but after speaking with other business owners and hearing about their experience with their signs, I decided that maybe I should post this so others will be informed. I purchased my business sign a little over 3 years ago. I paid over $800 for this sign. As you can see from the pictures the sign is no longer legible. Now this is my very first business so I’m new to all of this. This was totally unexpected. I called the company to ask them to come out and take a look at the sign to see what was going on with it and to see what could be done. After calling daily for two weeks and being told that they didn’t have anyone to come out and look at the sign. I finally got an update. I was told that the sign was damaged from the suns UV rays and the fact that I have a south facing building that can sometimes happen. Mind you I was not given this information when I purchased my original sign. Basically they said that there was basically nothing they could do but I could, however, purchase another sign, with some kind of protective coating which would cost me over $1,500. But there was no guarantee that the same thing would not happen again.
I honestly feel that customers should educated on things like this. And given the option to purchase protective coating or the company should suggest the customer go a different route so that they won’t run into things like this. Cause honestly who wants to purchase a new business sign every few years.

Extremely Disappointed with Signarama - Avoid If You Value Your Time and Business
I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with Signarama has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to warn others.
I hired Signarama to handle the signage for my new business, JAIRO Boxing, expecting them to manage the process professionally, including obtaining the necessary permits. Unfortunately, they failed miserably.
First, they neglected to inform me of a critical Bossier City regulation that requires 50% of the glass to be visible—a detail that is essential for compliance but was completely overlooked by them. This lack of transparency and attention to detail has directly impacted our timeline and has put our grand opening in jeopardy.
When I discovered this issue, not through them but through my own inquiries, I was met with excuses and delays instead of the prompt resolution one would expect. It’s clear that the responsibility for obtaining the correct permits and adhering to local regulations should have been managed by Signarama from the start, but instead, they dropped the ball, leaving us to deal with the fallout.
To add insult to injury, their communication throughout this process has been poor. Instead of taking accountability and working to rectify their mistakes, they’ve been slow to respond and dismissive of the urgency of the situation.
For a company that prides itself on being a professional sign service provider, Signarama has shown a shocking lack of professionalism and reliability. Their oversight has cost us valuable time and could potentially affect our business launch.
I would strongly advise any business owner to think twice before hiring Signarama. If you value your time, your money, and your business, look elsewhere. I regret putting my trust in this company, and I hope others can learn from my experience.

Unparalleled customer service. Catherine was an outstanding customer service agent for my needs. The atmosphere is friendly and Uber professional. Their turnaround time was very reasonable and the quality of work was AAA+…i will recommend signarama to anyone any has design needs. I recommend speaking to Catherine and Paul because he is also an incredibly creative and personable young man who obviously enjoys his craft.

Signarama did a FANTASTIC job on a poster we needed for a conference. It was fast and the artist worked with us on the design and the finished product was great. They communicated all the way through the process and accepted our feedback. We definitely would use them again.

I was more than satisfied with the outcome of the partial car wrap on my privately owned vehicle. We sent designs back and forth until I was satisfied. The patience and professionalism was exhibited throughout the process. I would highy recommend them.

I wanted to add new decals to my e-bike and I’m so glad I visited this company. Catherine helped me. She is really knowledgeable and talented. She helped me to pick the best of colors for what I envisioned and helped me with creating a design that married well with the e-bike. I couldn’t be more happier. The quality and workmanship of the product is top-class. I was even taught how to install the decals and was given the opportunity to contact her if I required further assistance. That is high quality service. The decals look great on my e-bike. I would highly recommend this business to anyone seeking a new sign or vinyl lettering. Worst company and people to deal with. Save ur money and ur time and find a different sign Compnay. Rip off and don’t even do the job right and when u call them to come fix the sign that u paid thousands of dollars for because they didn’t install it right in the first place they will make up any excuse to not make it their issue.
