“I really do enjoy shopping at Uptown, it’s one of my favorite stores in town. The store is so organized from color coding short sleeves to long sleeves to everything you think of. They’re constantly organizing all the clothes. I love when they have sales, which they have plenty of, because they’re always clearing the floor to put out new inventory. Also love that If you ever need a last-minute outfit, this is the perfect place to find one for any events or vacations. And that most of the clothes they hand pick are gently used and some are brand new and in-style.”

“This is my happy place that I go to at least once a week (maybe more?)and I’m never sad when I go here! I love looking at everything and never leave without treasures I didn’t even know I needed. All the employees are so friendly and helpful. And it’s a great place to donate anything I don’t need anymore. Thanks y’all!”

“I went to store just to look around to c if I could find any good deals and surprise they had just what I was about to have to go shopping for which was a nice matching washer and dryer I was excited but realize that I was in my car so I asked if they would hold it long enough for me to get my truck. They were happy to do so well I’m not return to the store I ran into quite a bit of a traffic jam, which ran me 20 minutes after six and call to see if they would still help me get my washer and dryer The lady I spoke to was Kendra. She was very sweet and very helpful and said that she would make sure that I could come get my washer and dryer and that they would stay a little longer but also I told her that I would need help loading, and even though the employees are not supposed to help, they were very helpful and said that would be no problem when I got to the store they had my washer and dryer pulled up the young man name Christian was there to help. He was very careful helping me load was very concerned about scratching up anything in my truck even offered to pull her sheet off her bed to give to me so I wouldn’t scratch my truck , I was very grateful and honestly surprised it’s hard to find people like that these days ago over and beyond just to take care of a customer so I asked him if they would mind me giving a review course. I said it’s not necessary but I asked him if they would do it for me and I wanted to get Kristen‘s picture in there so if you go in the store and you see him tell him you read the story and thank him for being the type of person that goes to work not just for a paycheck but to actually help people out so thank you Goodwill on Airline Drive in Bossier I don’t need to Kendra and Christian but everyone in the store who I’ve dealt with. That was super nice. I will go back in Shop again thank you.”
