Each time I go to this location I am greeted even if they are busy. They work to keep the line short by working expeditiously but their service isn’t affected. Always feel good about their service during and when I leave.

Since new management the store has been much better. Long lines before, now I am in and out.

I went into this store a few days ago. I was shocked at how unprofessional & rude the customer service was. I brought my Direct TV equipment in to ship back along with another package I needed sent somewhere else. The girl who waited on me acted like she was annoyed about having to do it. As in, she was sighing & rubbing her eyes & nose in frustration. She spoke to me rudely and acted like I was bothering her. At one point, I was trying to give her an address and was told "can I just see your phone?" I was totally shocked at how she was acting & thought surely this isn't how employees treat customers..... UNTIL she walked away in the middle of our transaction and another employee had to finish helping me. I was originally told the other package I was trying to send was around $14. I'm guessing she forgot to charge for something and was then told it was going to be $30. I decided I didn't want to pay that much to send this small package and said I would take that back and we'll just send the equipment. I also apologized. She completely walked away and another guy had to step in & finish. I still remained calm and simply asked for her name. I was told it was Ashley. The guy who finished helping me was nice. I'm not sure if Ashley was having a bad day or just doesn't need to be in customer service. Either way, that is not how someone should be treated in a business.

On 07/18/2023 around 6:17pm I came into this location with my sister to have 1 package shipped out. I already had a prepaid label so not really sure why I still had to pay a $1.01 but that’s not my point. First the guy that was helping me did not verify the label he was printing out for my package. Too busy talking and not paying attention to detail. Once the label was printed off he puts it on the box and gives me my receipt. Days go by and I notice the package is still not moving. I then, call the store and was told to come in. I was helped with the situation by a tall black gentleman who was nice. He then proceeds to verify that the package did in fact have the wrong label because the receipt I gave him and the tracking number they have under the email that’s in their system does not match what I sent to their ups email. He then states that the guy name is mark and when I asked for a manger he stated that he was the manger and was suppose to be in today actually 07/21/2023. He actually calls mark and tells him what he did. Mark then states that he was sure that he put the right label on the box but that label when you look up the tracking number says 7/13 and I came in on the 7/18 so that’s proof right there that he did in fact put the wrong label on my box. I was then told to come back when he is there but in all honesty I believe mark should be fired, he lost my package due to poor attention to detail and as a manger if you can’t follow simple details and verify then how did they become a manager in the first place. He did not apologize even though he was in the wrong and messed up. There was over a $100 worth of stuff in there and now it is lost due to your employee. I am not one to wish bad upon someone but when you lie that’s a different story because you want to cover your own butt it’s not cool and my package is lost because of you.

In the past few years or so it seemed they had trouble hanging onto staff and the hours changed a lot via signs on the door. Lines were always out the door whenever I'd stop by. Today though, the hours online matched the hours the store was open, all the staff I interacted with but one was extremely polite, respectful, helpful, and they worked well together when one staff wasn't sure how to do something I needed. I'll definitely be here more often!The one staff that wasn't polite, helpful or respectful was a young man who thought it was important to talk about the way a customer was walking and what he assumed that behavior meant. He "playfully" degraded this pregnant woman to another customer. It was uncomfortable and if he's the one working the register next time I come, I'll be sure to come back on a different day.

I honestly don’t see why no one understands the difference between the UPS STORE and the UPS COMPANY because it seems to me that the majority of these complaints are for corporate and not the small business owner. Waiting in line is to be expected when there’s only 2 stores in the area providing their services. If you don’t like it, go to another business. I’ve always been treated with respect and kindness whenever I come in, they are smiling and ready to help. I’ve especially noticed improvements since that new guy transferred in. I’ve seen him multi-task and handle multiple customers on multiple computers at the same time with a smile on his face. All these complaints you see are most likely people who are too lazy and cheap to follow instructions and buy a box if needed. You, as customers, and I say this as a fellow customer, should feel ashamed of yourselves for putting the employees through unnecessary drama and headache. My heart goes out to the owner and his team who are all fantastic people!

On June 26 I traveled 50 miles to the UPS store in Bossier to return a package that needed to be repacked. I was told that they would handle it so I got my receipt and left without a worry in my mind because I had been there for years and never had a problem until July 10th at around 6:00pm when I found the package that I had left at the store on my porch in a box that was so badly damaged that the product was falling out . They damaged the package and when I returned to the store with the package they ignored me and would not even give me eye contact when I was talking them. They need to be held accountable for the package and not treating the customer with respect. The BBB will be contacted with the very same info I am reporting to you all, please think twice before giving the UPS store on Airline your business because the way they treat packages and customers,they need to go out of business.

A nice young man named Ray came out to my car because I had trunk open to get out my walker because I’m 86 and handicapped . He told me to just stay in car and he would take in my return and being my receipt. Which he did and I really appreciate his kindness.

If your notary is going to be there from 10:30-12:30, and you arrive just before noon, shouldn’t that mean that the notary should be there and not “just left”? How long was she there, 1 of her 2 hours?Poor service all around. If the notary has specific hours, be there during those hours.

I used to have excellent customer service experiences at this business. However, since the change in management or ownership, the customer service and organization have become incredibly subpar. It's frustrating to see long lines becoming the norm, and it's only on rare occasions that you come across an attendant who somewhat knows the system.During my recent visit, I had multiple items to take care of, but the young man assisting me was completely clueless about how to handle anything. Although he was friendly, he lacked training in basic tasks like handling regular postage, UPS services, and even ringing up items. It was disheartening to see that nobody was there to support him except for an attendant named Mark, who himself seemed frustrated. What baffles me is how the business is okay with such unprepared staff being on the front line of customer interaction. The manager, who appeared to be busy stacking boxes, made no effort to assist.The level of disorganization I witnessed was truly unreal and left me disappointed. It's difficult to comprehend how the business allows this to be the standard for customer interaction. The whole experience emphasizes the need for improved training, a more involved management approach, and better overall organization.

What happened to this place, are they under new management? My information was no longer in the system, charging for one size box because the other box prices have not been put in the system yet! Telling me it will be $44.97 to ship and the total with box, bubble wrap and I guess labor it came to $65 and some change.

The store was very busy. Except for the little old lady at the public notary desk. I was amazed at how many services the UPS store offers. My problem was that I had an Amazon trade in to send back but my printer was broken. No problem, they took my phone, found the email, printed it out and I was on my way within ten minutes. Thanks so much to the people at the UPS store.

I stopped here this morning to get something I needed printed last minute. Unlike another popular print and ship place everyone here was polite and did all they could to help. They didn't charge me an arm and a leg either.
