Had a problem with my new phone. Walked in Verizon store and was immediately had a person working with me to fix! Very helpful and fix phone in minutes! Great experience and was soon on the road! Highly recommend!Verizon has the best coverage in my area by far ahead of others!

Tiffany helped me today with my iPhone and watch. She’s a rockstar. I went by before lunchtime, and I was surprised because they were not busy at all. I walked in the door and was immediately greeted and got my watch and phone fixed and she talked me into getting a screen protector for both the front and back cameras on my phone. I always get great customer service at this location.

My experience at this location was poor/ the worst, the staff only seem too care about making sales, and not ppl. I was treated rudely before the holidays, with miss-information and coast of money I still didn’t get what I payed for in return of product. They don’t let you know about the (Pros and Cons) of stock fees, plus I notice how they are selective on who they help. This is the worst Verizon location in Shreveport/ Bossier City.

This store may be the best Verizon store I have ever been in, and we've been with Verizon for 15 years. On Christmas Eve, these guys stayed with me over an hour after they closed to try to get my devices set up through an issue with my account. They were NEVER upset or annoyed to be helping and were kind, friendly, and helpful the entire time! I felt horrible keeping them there and told them multiple times I could come back so they could leave, but they still stayed to help. It was also the 3rd time I had been in that week, trying to decide what I wanted. Every time, they were friendly, patient, and informative. I hoped that knowing what I wanted would mean a quick trip that Christmas Eve, but that wouldn't be the case. It didn't matter to how hard they worked to get me all set up that night. I greatly appreciate it and commend them for their awesome customer service!

Verizon always has great customer service but while I was standing there I heard them tell several people that it will cost 29.99 if you want them to help you with your phone after you purchase it.On one side I get that they want all new business in store however they need to get their own phone customer service people more training and so when I purchase a phone with Verizon I won't have to deal with what I dealt with while trying to get my phone over to Verizon. It took 2 hours and several different people did not know what they were talking about on the phone . It was horrible! Please Verizon either stop outsourcing!
