“Dr Pierce saved out pitt from parvo when he was a pup (6 months). Now, this past fall our same pitt now 16 years and 9 months was beginning to suffer. Dr Pierce came out, gave us meds to get by until we decided what to do. A few days later we decided we had to let him go. She was sooooo compassionate and loving to him. Thank God for vets like her. “We called Bossier Animal Hospital in a panic because our puppy was dehydrated after puppy camp and our vet denied seeing him. The lady on the phone, whoever she was, was so nice and kind she immediately calmed my nerves. They were so accommodating and said we can see him right now! What a relief that was to hear after being denied at our primary vet!!! They went through every single possibility that could be causing his symptoms and did blood work and every test to make sure he wasn’t fighting anything else!!! They went through each test meticulously with us. And thank goodness they did that because he also had a pancreatic infection! They saw him yesterday and brought him in again today for all day fluids and are bringing him in again tomorrow for all day fluids! The vet, Dr. Naar, has been texting updates to us and even asked us to give our dog sitter the information to contact her. Seriously could not recommend this vet enough!!! So kind and accommodating and caring!!! We can’t wait to stay at this vet with our animals!! I can trust they’re in good hands.”

A few months ago we had to say goodbye to our baby and part of our family , Max. The staff treated him with real compassion, and they treated us the same way. Afterward they made a paw print and a tail print, and they also gave us a card signed by everyone who works there. That kind of care is rare.
I have been to two other vets since we were stationed here. Southern Grace is the one I trust. I will not take my pets anywhere else.
This clinic can see just about any animal although I think they said they don't treat reptiles or farm animals with the exception of chickens
