The employees here, in the pharmacy more particularly. Are absolutely garbage. Disgusting, horrible people.

I regularly used this pharmacy for at least 5 years (off and on for 10 years). I know this job can be taxing for the pharmacists, techs, and cashiers, so I always made sure to greet them with a smile and try to show them kindness when I had to interact with them to either fill or pick up a prescription. I try to see the good in people, try to excuse their annoyed attitudes and dismissive treatment of me and others, or sometimes their outright lack of acknowledging me or another patiently standing where they ask you to - behind the sign - for over 25 minutes. I do wish I recalled the name of one woman who worked there who did actually speak to me kindly and didn't make me feel like I was some unwanted visitor to their establishment instead of a paying customer/patient. 4 out of 5 times I was either told that I'd have to wait another hour or two at least (even after calling and waiting on hold for no less than 30mins-but up to 2 hours at times) and even though I was told by the phone "technicians" or even the pharmacy themselves that it would be ready within 2 hours. So I'd wait for those 2 hours to pass before heading up there, then wait in line for 10-30 mins, only to be told that it wasn't ready and that they're "working on it" or will "get to it when then can". I thank God and a doctor who recommended me to another pharmacy. One that also accepts my insurance, and may only be open on weekdays, but it has saved me so much time, stress, anxiety, and hassle over these past months. I was amazed and thanked them for being so much different than what I was used to. Something must change with how Walgreens operates their pharmacies and start hiring better staff and more of them. So many people are fed up, taking a stand, and are finding the alternatives we must have in this country to keep monopolies from doing exactly this to us.

I have to give at least 1 star but would give 0 stars if there was an option. they are the rudest pharmacy in all of north Louisiana!!I’m told “I can’t count” by the pharmacist because I’m trying to pick my medication up on the day I run out and treated like a drug abuser because I’m there a couple hours early!!! I get it They are saving lives. they don’t have time to be nice to customers.I miss my old pharmacy but Walgreens bought them out to.

This Walgreens is awful compared to others I've been too. Everything is pricey at all Walgreens, but the pharmacy in specific here is horrible. The main pharmacist is an older guy that doesn't seem to know anything and the younger employees have to go behind him and correct everything. He also can't hear anything on the phone and asked the same question about 5 times. They keep you on hold for periods of 15+ minutes on a regular basis. They also don't help you ensure you get the right amount of medication needed, and can't keep it in stock. I ran out of 1 of my medicines, gave them a 2 week notice to fill it and they told me it's on back order. Called back a week later still back ordered and told to keep waiting. Called back with 2 days left and still couldn't get it, and when I asked if they could help me find it at another pharmacy she told me I could call Walmart or Sam's club but they don't do that. My last Walgreens definitely did that but ok. Called CVS, not only did they have this super back ordered product on hand but they filled it the same day and I was able to pick it up and continue my medication with no break. I switched all medications on the spot and will not be returning to Walgreens.

I dropped of my prescription after waiting in line for an hour. I came back the next day at 9am and waited in line again for over 1/2 an hour only to be told that the prescription will not be ready until the end of the day at 4:30 pm. If you want your prescription filled in a timely manner, do not come here!I am giving one star because there isn't a lower rating.

There always seems to be a line at the pharmacy drive thru. Plenty of parking. Inside is clean and well organized. Employees are friendly enough. Inside and outside is well lit. It is easy to get into the parking lot, but can be tricky leaving. I am only here on occasion for business, so maybe locals know of an easier way to exit the parking lot thru another exit.

First I sat at the drive thru window for ten minutes before someone told me they close for lunch a sign in the window would have been nice. When I returned after their lunch I presented my goodrx coupon then was told to come back in twenty minutes. The store looks dirty and unkept. I will definitely be having my prescription transfered from Walgreens.
