“George LottN2085MFlew in over the weekend to Lake front for LSU vs FSU and along the way I had an issue with the front gear coming down in flight and going back up. Led me to believe the pump was going bad. FBO at lake front recommended Lindy so I gave him a call. He seemed slammed but was willing to help so I flew the Seneca out to him at KHUM. They have a really nice facility. Clean and covered in aviation history. Lindy and his crew pinned the problem down to the power pack that day. They let me use their crew car to drive back to New Orleans for the weekend. I had a stringent schedule to be put by Monday and as it was Labor Day weekend we needed the parts next day or Saturday. Lindy called every one he knew to find the parts I needed next day and did exactly that. If it wasn’t for UPS screwing up the delivery of the power pack he would have had me out Saturday however I didn’t leave until Tuesday afternoon after Lindys crew promptly had the plane fixed and paperwork ready within hours of the power pack arriving.Too long; Didn’t read: Go out of your way to bring your plane to Lindy. Fantastic leadership, crew, facilities, and customer service!”
