“First of all, I appreciated the promptness in the response from Pack Rat. My pod was delivered very quickly, and was also picked up very quickly after it was filled. I felt very confident that it was in good hands while it was in storage. When it came time to be returned, I was extremely surprised at how wonderful the service was. First of all they scheduled my drop off very quickly, and on the morning of my delivery, I could not believe what a wonderful driver (Reggie) they sent. I could not believe how precisely he was able to park the container in my driveway. It was like he was parking a compact car!! When he picked it up today, it was the same situation…he was gone in about 10 minutes.. He was very professional and friendly. I found Pack Rat was extremely easy to work with, and if i ever need storage services in the future, Pack Rat will be my first choice.”

“We had our furniture in this storage for 6 years. When the movers brought our furniture to our new home it was in perfect condition, just like we left it. Actually there was not even a layer of dust on our items after 6 years. This place is extremely clean and the staff is very friendly. We recommend this Location to everyone.
By the way, our storage unit went through hurricane Ida and we had no issues.
