This store sold me a box of Sheetrock mud that was so old it had mold in it. I had to throw it away. I thought about returning it but it would have costed me 30 minutes out of my work day to return a $15 box of joint compound. Not worth it. I only go to this overpriced store when I absolutely have to but I will never buy joint compound there again.

I needed a hose to fix a plumbing leak under my sink. It was 5 minutes to 5 pm so I called to say I would be up there and asked if they could satay open an extra 2 to 3 minutes. The employee we close right at 5. So I jumped in my car and tried to make it. I pulled in the parking lot exactly at 5 pm and everyone was walking to their car. I will never shop there again.

Well stocked in almost anything you need. Prices are great for not being a big department store. They will continue to have my business.

I needed a specific metric nut and tried going to 4 other stores for it, but no one had it except for here. Outside of having a specific part I needed, it was a nice store with helpful employees.

No longer allowed to purchase in this store.
Disagreement with new owner about honesty of work performed for the third time.
Owner rude, discourteous and uses vulgar language no matter who is in store.

Absolutely horrible customer service with ZERO knowledge of the store’s inventory. They also have no accountability or apologies when they make a mistake they just get annoyed with you for their mistake.

Speak up and repeat yourself if you’re on the phone with receptionist. Called this Hustler LawnMower dealer and repeated what I needed specifically 2 times to see if they had a particular model mower. Drove an hour and a half , burned a ton of gas only to get there and them not even carry what I needed ! They were even annoyed and made jokes when I arrived because I had repeated myself so much. Laughable and frustrating considering they didn’t listen or have what I needed in stock. Then the owner in the back decides to become agitated because” it’s clear you’re not going to buy a unit”.
Huge waste of time , poor customer service, and not an apology in sight for wasting a customers time and effort.

The customer service is intolerable. The main guy which appears to be the owner is completely lacking in customer relations. This store will never get my business again. Ill go to Allens hardware where customer service is head and shoulders above hartmans !!!!

I haven't physically been to this location yet, but I spoke with Cindy on the phone, and it seems like a really good place to shop for hardware! Hartman's is no longer a part of True Value Hardware I was informed... Being a local guide, I recommended an edit for the name to be changed, and the website address to be changed. I highly recommend to you to do less business with the big box stores, and do more business with small locally owned businesses, such as Hartman's - where their employees are part of the family. Thanks!

Got my RV propane tanks and looked at their selection of camper components. Very nice folks. Was helped very quickly and the employees are very knowledgeable. If you need something they can help you or let you know where to get it. Nice hardware store
