Every time I need a prescription and have it sent to this Walgreens I cringe. This is the closest location to my home and only use them when I’m near home. The past 3 to 4 times I’ve needed more than 1 prescription at a time only 1 is ready the same day and the other or the rest are ready the following day.
This is very inconvenient when people need medication to feel better. I’ve noticed only 1 pharmacist from what I can tell and the rest are either pharmacy techs not filling prescriptions.
They are probably over loaded with amount scripts that are sent in and if that is the case Walgreens you need to hire more actual pharmacists who can fill prescriptions. It’s very frustrating to expect all meds to be ready on the same day and not be able to get them because they’re not in stock or whatever the case may be. I avoid this Walgreens anytime I can and use a local fast pharmacy in Kenner when I’m attending any doctors appointments that is not in St. Charles Parish.

Quick and fast pharmacy. Love it. The drive-thru is a big plus, especially when you are not feeling well.

I went to check out , no one at the register. I saw associates in the isle and ask to check out . She told me to go to photos . I stood in line while the customer and associate chit chatted . I waited atleast 10 min then she decided to check her out . Now she called for help . So I’m next in line . Same associate that I ask to check out is now going to register . Five people now in that line . So I stayed where I was . After the women finished checking out . The associate decided to continue to chit chat and she to pull out a poster to show her something while I was still waiting . When she had finished her transaction . So I put my purchase which we 7 gift cards totalling over $200. I will never shop there again .

Worst pharmacy ever! I’ve been on hold for 45 minutes and keep getting put in hold! How does anyone have a job here? What a joke!

Manager, Thomas, went above and beyond to help me retrieve an old receipt, taking my phone call, time to research and getting back to me within the hour.
Thank you for going the extra mile to get what I needed when you could have easily said no.
That is Five Star service!

The woman working the drive-thru window at 545 PM 7/30/24 needs to be fired. Her horrible attitude and complete disregard for customer service should not be tolerated.
I will not be returning to this Walgreens again.

Worse customer service every time I come here they are talking crazy to someone. They do what they want and they close early. Very unprofessional and unorganized.

Pharmacy is ALWAYS rude and never has my prescription ready! It's a total joke of a pharmacy and its almost like it's an inconvenience to some of the workers in pharmacy to assist in any way.

This worse pharmacy Walgreens has. I had place an order and select to pick up the other thru the drive thru. When I told the Pharmacy Tech Cynthia about my pick up order she refused to assist. She lied and said that this Walgreens does not offer this service. I simply told her if they did not offer the service, it wouldn’t be an option on the app. She then kept saying we don’t offer the service, I then corrected her and said I have picked up my curbside order along with my medication before why can’t you do this now. She then got an attitude and said we close at 6 and I don’t feel like going to get the order. I wasn’t going to argue with a person that clearly doesn’t care about her job or the companies clients. As a result I had to go to the curbside pickup location to pick up the order. When I spoke to the store manager via phone, she apologized and said that the pharmacy Technician Cynthia does this on a regular basis. This woman needs to be fired.

The worst pharmacy and Walgreens I have ever experienced. Customer service is a joke. In addition witnessed a fight inside store between 2 employees.

I am surprised to see so many negative reviews, my experience with filling prescriptions even only an hour after they were called in, wether indoors or via the drive thru have always been quick and efficient with no hassle!

This Walgreens is the absolute worse.Trying to get medication filled here is a joke. No one knows what they are doing. Always a nightmare to get your medicine filled (if it ever gets filled) in an orderly timely manner without confusion. It’s always an issue. I’m surprised they are still open and not shut down due to their incompetence. I would rather go an hour away to use a pharmacy that does their job correctly than to use the Walgreens in Boutte.
