The employees had a Karen-esque attitude. So not good. At 6 pm on a Sunday they had sold out of rotisserie chicken and had no inclination (or knowledge of the missing rotisserie chicken until asked). I did eventually find a single, solitary chicken missing half of a thigh to buy. Since I was buying it for my dog he wouldn't notice, the rest of the store was disheveled and just overall showed a lack of pride.

I get off work at 6am. Every Walmart I've been to open at 6am... Except this one. I stupidly take a 15 minute drive in hopes the next time will be different but nope, even though the signs on their doors say 6am, they're closed.

The Auto Care Center sucks. Spoke to them this morning and they have rules that only apply to this certain Walmart only. The lady on the phone was whispering to somebody in the background, I'm guessing someone with higher positioning, and they had an attitude. The person on the phone had to say something else because that's how far that other person who was whispering in the background went. Just unprofessional, wouldn't recommend for anyone.

This WalMart is ridiculous. On a busy night, there's maybe 4 cash registers opened, besides the self checkout. You can sense the irritation of the customers, having to wait in line over 15 minutes because there is not enough help. I've had someone at the deli tell me not to buy the boneless wings because they were sitting out most of the day. My only reason I stop here is because it's on my way home. If I had any other alternative, I'd go there.

I'd give this Walmart 5 stars if they would allow someone to purchase alcohol if they're with someone who doesn't have an ID or license. My brother asked me to purchase alcohol for him from the liquor store. I didn't have my license with me, so my boyfriend decided to purchase it. The cashier wouldn't allow him to purchase the alcohol because I didn't have an ID or license. Why would I need an ID or license if I'm not the one purchasing any alcohol?

I don't understand the complaints on this Walmart. I have met several shoppers who told me they drive more than 15 miles to shop at this store instead of the Walmart in their neighborhood because this Walmart is so much better. I live close by and I have shopped here since it first opened. Let me tell you what impresses me about this store. First cleanliness. Except for an occasional spill, the floors are sparkling clean. The shelves are stocked full, the produce is fresh, the employees are friendly. Only once did I receive poor service when shopping at night and only one register was open. There was about 20 people waiting in line. When I asked if another register could be opened, the CUSTOMER SERVICE employee said, "dis is what y'all can expect coming shopping dis time of the night!" It was around 9:00 PM!!! And as another reviewer stated, it seems they always discontinue carrying my favorite products. So I just go elsewhere to get those items. The restrooms are always clean and well equipped with seat covers, hand soap and paper towels. I've almost never not been able to find a shopping cart, perhaps 1 or 2 times in 10 years. Now the tire center was once exceptional, but over the years the quality of service has declined and now I only bring my car there as a last resort. I believe the Walmart stores staff reflects the community it's located in. If in a small community where people are friendly and helpful, the store employees are from the community and are therefore, friendly and helpful. But if the store is located in a large populated area of diverse people who have lost the ability to know their neighbors and are too busy to lend a hand to someone in need, then the employees in that Walmart will reflect those demographics.

I always hated this Walmart , it's always a non stock shelf mess. But today was the best of all days . As the years have gone by they always stop carrying everything , EVERYTHING I really like from soap to chicken it's like they are out to get me , u love something they are going to stop carrying it . Well today I went just to get things to make a gumbo well I was doubting they were going to have rotisserie chickens because they usually never have any and they cook them at odd times and run out well they had some !!! Surprise so I loaded up well then I go to get my sausage that I've been getting there for over 5 years now and I don't even see the home for it so the worker which I was very surprised asked me what I was looking for and I told her butterball turkey sausage and she was like I don't have butterball and I was like ok and then I asked they are going to stop carrying it? And she's like yes I don't have butterball she said that they only have oscar Mayher which was the best seller of the 2 oh so we had a choice for 2 diff turkey sausage and Walmart decided f you trying to be healthy u get one choice but we have a million beef sausage ok so I got the one they had and went on my way to the spice isle which I bend down to get some salt and I hit my head on something I was like the hell I bent down like a normal person where did this come from , it was like a random 3 inch or so metal bracket with nothing on it so now I'm like basically knocked out and aggravated so I take a pic and b line it to the check out which what a ya know hardly no lanes are open and it's packed well I end up being behind someone who. I kno who was complaining bc they ordered their son a birthday cake and they messed up by putting the wrong icing on it, which they said happened once before to them smh so I headed the hell out after paying of course . But u kno what's sad we al will return no matter what they do bc we need them and that's why they don't improve their stores and that's shame on them!! Pics to follow of the bracket
