7 month update. This 134RDX has been to New England and back from Louisiana. Pulls behind Tacoma with ease. No problems with camper that weren't operator error (namely running heater long enough to burn off the new smell so the alarm won't trigger). The upgraded tires on this camper provide a lot of confidence with their 50k mile rating. I've only needed to call I-49 a few times and they are always helpful to explain what needs to be done.

No toy hauler, i don't understand how an r v place can exist in a state that is supposedly considered sportsman's paradise.But yet, they don't sell toy haulers... why buy a regular camper?They have hotel rooms... I want something I can use not just somewhere to sleep...

Got there at listed opening time and waited 15 minutes for them to open. No one showed… All RVs are behind a locked fence so this was a complete waste of time!

Fantastic shop. Brought my Freedom Express trailer in as they are an authorized Coachmen repair facility. I didn't purchase from them as they didn't have the model I wanted in stock. Everyone worries about buying from out of their area as warranty work can be an issue.John in the service department treated us as if we were long time customers. They had our trailer for a week and fixed multiple issues. I got the call saying it is ready for pickup yesterday. I couldn't be more thrilled with their courteous nature and timely work.They will definitely get all of my future business, even if I have to special order and wait. Thanks!

Just all around excellence! Raymond and Joel made our camper purchase experience easy. They aren’t pushy and they make sure you are educated on your purchase. The service department explained everything to us (first timers) and answered all our questions. Great experience!

They were great. Had slide issues, we were in the RV park next to them so went over. Gave us some ideas to start with before a service call. They didn't work, so he came over, found the issue, taught us the over ride in case of future issues, got the part within 2 days installed and everything is great. Fantastic, totally friendly and supportive people. We mostly dealt with John and we are totally impressed. If you have issues they will help for sure. Definitely not Camping World, he even got all the approval and paperwork for us for our extended warranty.
