Was there early in the morning at 3:30. Waited for quite a while for somebody to take an order. No one was there. Why be open 24 hours if employees can’t even take an order??

My AC quit on me last night and it's too hot to be trying to sleep in a truck without working AC so I checked in here 4 hours ago. I was told they should have me in a bay within 2 hours. 3 hours passed and I went inside to check in to see what the holdup was. I was told the mechanic on duty had gone home and I was going to have to wait till morning. Sorry but I can't miss my delivery so I'm calling an offside mechanic.
Couldn't they have told me the mechanic was about to leave for the day a bit sooner???? It's hotter in this truck than it is outside

Was using Auto Diesel at pump 2 when hose started leaking from quick disconnect sl spraying fuel all over the ground fuel pump and my vehicle I called inside told them the situation told them they need to get somebody out there to block off the pump due to the fact that diesel was all over the ground and it's super slick like walking on ice they said their GM was coming out I pulled over to another pump continue tol finish fueling was done went in side ask them why nobody was outside taking care of the pump they said they were working on it 13 minutes to come outside and take care of a fuel spill nobody cared that the side of my vehicle is covered in diesel I had diesel all over me not a sorry or any apologies the lady working the register was laughing as I walked out
Lesson learned see something wrong don't say anything because nobody cares it's not their job.

All good here. They’ve got two parking areas — one right by the store and another one across the road. At 3 PM there were plenty of spots open, so no parking stress at all. Inside looks fine, nothing fancy but nothing bad either. Overall, a solid spot. I’ll give it a 4 — just because nothing really wowed me.

The lady’s restroom smelled of urine so bad it would gag you. Only one stall was fit to use. I said, something to an employee and her reply was “our boss doesn’t give us anything to make it smell good”. How about just cleaning it!
