I can only speak to the climate controlled units. The units are priced fairly, and efforts have been made to keep rodents and insects away. The temperature seems pretty stable when I go to my units. The property manager, Raven, is always professional and helpful. What keeps it from being 5 stars is the miserable parking and wacky access gate that frequently is wide open.

Worst Customer Service ever by the Manager Raven. I rented a unit ans WAS NEVER ABLE TO GET IN THE GATE..... She lied and said she would update me about the gate access code issue and give a refund since I never could use my unit. She didn't do either so I literally threw money away due to the manager.

I cannot recommend renting climate control unit A133. We had several items damaged from water leaking on them and many of those items were collectibles and personal items that are cannot/are not easily replaced. Also, insurance will NOT give you what your items are worth! We paid to save these items in a climate controlled environment in order to fully protect them only for them to be ruined.
I gave 3 starts because the person I spoke to was kind and I truly believe they did not know about the water issue with the unit. We also had a billing issue when the company switched over and they were very kind and quick to fix the issues. They are quick to reach out to you when you have problems and are very kind about it.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. I have called over 30 times in the past four days with only a single answer. Their gate is BROKEN as of a week ago and will not open to any gate keys. They are aware of this because they answered today at 9 am saying they would open it later, but they never did, and won't answer any calls. If you have stuff there your stuff is locked in until they get around to helping you out. This is so unprofessional, they also raise the price on you every two months then do stuff like this. Actually insane
