I had a most enjoyable experience at the ATT store in Breaux bridge. The representative Vonetta went well beyond my expectations as I was trying to subscribe to ATT Air. She was patient, informative, and polite as we went through the process of signing up. Vonetta involved her manager who stayed on the phone with her until service was established. She continued to reassure me that we would get through the process together. Her kindness was most appreciated and her commitment to great customer service was quite noticeable. I recommend anyone interested in service with ATT to speak with Vonetta. You will be as impressed as I was.

I went into the store to get a new phone and I was assisted by Vonnetta and we ran into a few issues with but Store Manager Greg was able to assist and they were able to fully assist me. I would recommended anyone gong to this location they will take care of you.

Agent name Brandon at Breaux Bridge location clowing around with a customer for an hour and wasted all the time with one customer till the store close today at seven and I was there since 6:05 now I had to go from Breaux Bridge Louisiana to Lafayette Louisiana which is just a 10 minute ride but I stay near the Breaux Bridge location due to the agent not wanting to take care of 2 more customers he just wasted all the time on one customer that bought a phone cover and a phone pretty sure the customer was familiar with the new phone same as their old one just updated was inconvenient for me cause I had to get back home asap bring my husband was about to leave for work pretty soon so that put me in a big rush to go wait for couple minutes further away from my home into Lafayette Louisiana traffic But turn out Lafayette Louisiana branch was well staffed and I was out the store in 8 minutes Breaux Bridge location need to hire more copatant employees not just one that probably barely can help one customer.

The integrity I've witnessed today from Mr. Jason is beyond amazing customer service. Acknowledged my mother and I as we entered, took the time to listen to my mom & me here and there lol. Everything was explained an questions answered. Mr. Jason went above and beyond to try to right a wrong previously made by another former worker. 5 stars for serving us I recommend if you have questions or ready for an upgrade Mr. Jason is worth the recommendation. Hopefully more people can begin again taking pride in their work as did he. Thank you for your service, Patience, andabove all honesty.-dizzy

Was on the phone with tech support for 2 days straight and they couldn’t fix my issue. Went to the breaux bridge location and Jordan was very helpful got my issue fixed in no time and even helped me lower my monthly bill! He was great!!!!
