I was having issues with my car and needed a rental last min, so I came here. Got it for a few days until I was told my car would be fixed. Well, days in, they found another issue, and I had to wait until the next part came in. I literally had to call about 4 different times to add another day to the rental and had no problems doing so. Heather was sooo understanding and was able to extend my rental from 4 days to literally a week. I will be booking with them from now on.

Heather made the whole process easy, no problem extending the rental. Car was very clean! I will definitely rent from Auto Rental Etc again.

I went here because I wanted to give local business a chance to fit my needs before exploring other options.They wanted a recent check stub or bill to verify my adress (which I provided) then would not rent me anything larger than a small suv because the insurance I carry on my paid off vehicle is liability coverage.I left and went a few miles down the road to Enterprise and after answering a few questions (and no need for check stubs or bills) I was on my way in exactly the vehicle I prefered at a lower price.Skip these clowns and do business with a bigger company. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I highly recommend auto rental etc when you have to rent a car. Thank you Heather for everything you have done to help us out and for making our rental experience go so smooth. Heather was amazing! I can’t thank her enough. We will definetly use auto rental etc anytime we need to rent a car! Ask for Heather when you rent from the breaux bridge location. She will make sure you get the best service possible.

The van we rented was amazing! It fit our needs. 11 passenger van for 7 people was more than enough room to travel to Disney and back. It had the luggage space we needed.Heather was amazing to work with! She made sure we were taking care and I felt like I was her only customer, which is hard to find any more! We will definitely be renting again from from yall ! Thanks again !
