Today my dad and I stopped by this location and we were assisted by the Store Manager George A. , first let me begin by saying upon our entrance we were greeted by staff and asked if we needed assistance I approached counter, CSR didn’t have a direct answer and went to ask a member of management which happened to be George!I came to this location because I was cursed at and spoken to rudely and treated terribly by CSR’s at the Saint Martinville (#3055) never ever again will I allow my dad to shop there! George A. deserves an applause because he went the extra mile to get our return handled and it was done effectively and professionally. His staff is also well polished and groomed by that I mean they all are friendly, they aren’t afraid to help customers, and I noticed while waiting in line a CSR went outside to help a customer install a battery!!!! Great job!!!You guys all deserve an applause. When customers feel appreciated that’s what makes us remember to come spend our money here!! Thank you guys for your service here at AUTOZONE! George thanks for getting us a solution for our return and thanks for being respectful about it. I surly hope Saint Martinville gets new staff.

This location didn’t have the part I needed, but they offered to have it delivered from the Lafayette store, same day. They had the part in by 3 o’clock that same day and I was able to get what I needed fixed. My husband was also able to get the headlights he needed for his vehicle while picking up the drain pan for mine. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and very helpful and I will continue to go here for all of my auto part needs.

Had a check engine light come on while I was driving down the Interstate. I didn't think this place would be open on New Years Day, but I wanted to drive by and check. They were open, and the young gentleman who was working was very quick and helpful! He was also knowledgeable about my vehicle, a Cadillac ATS-V. He told me it wasn't a serious issue, and that it was safe for me drive home. I was so thankful that I didn't want to leave without spending any money, so I bought some air-fresheners, haha!

The Service was good and on time they got me a battery for my car while it was raining heavy . The cashier was willing to bring it to my car in the rain. When the battery was put in my car thank God it started immediately.Thanks Auto Zone Breaux Bridge.

Sorry, I don't think 3 stars was enough their customer service was great. I didn't realize how hard parts for my wife's vehicle are to get. They did find a couple of alternatives for us. Thanks guys. See you soon. I'm sure something else will go wrong with this car.
