Ladies think twice before bringing your vehicle for service. If you are a female apparently these service people and some of the mechanics treat you as if you don't know anything, especially about your own vehicle. If not for my husband and my father calling for updates, I would not have gotten a call back. Since I purchased my Ford vehicle a few years ago, I chose to bring it in for service here. At first no problems with the service. That changed once the engine and transmission were replaced. The work was done at this shop! Unfortunately this last visit was by far the worst. Transmission was replaced but still giving problems so we brought it in to have the issues checked. We asked service person through text message about a loaner vehicle but was told they would have to get back to us. No one got back to us about that or would call me back to give me an update on the vehicle. I also called the service manager Paul to get somone to give me an update. After one month of having my vehicle, they said nothing was wrong. Another mechanic at the same shop looked at the vehicle due to a knocking noise coming from the rear end and told them something was wrong with the transmission. If not for the second mechanic my vehicle would not have been taken care of.Whoever that guy is, thanks. If they would have told me who you were I would have bought you lunch.Get it together service.

The September 2nd Saturday morning team at Courtesy Ford in Breaux Bridge Louisiana , went out of their way to get this stranded, out of state, Ford customer back on the road. The Service Representative at the front door and the Service Techs back in the shop, were polite, understanding, and super helpful. This story is one only they can tell and if you want to know the details, visit this dealership. They stepped up to the plate and found the YES! Thank you very much!

Horrible experience at the Service Department. I brought my car in at 10:40 this morning because I have a nail in my tire and I have road hazard for my tires through Courtesy Ford where I bought them. I turned in my key and told the worker that I would be waiting. At 12:15 I hadn't been told anything so I went ask the associate I turned my key into about the status and she told me that had been backed up but that they were about to get my car and start. I went and sat back down. At 12:55 they still hadn't taken my car back so I went inquire again and relayed that I had to leave by 1:30 for school pick up. I was told by the associate that the guy was getting a car off the rack now and coming get my car. At 1:25 still no one had taken my car back and when I went to speak to her again she was at lunch. I told the cashier I needed my key, I needed to go, the only other associate there put his call on hold and went get my key for me. I left at 1:30, almost 3 hours after getting there. Communication is terrible. They need some common "Courtesy" in the Service Department and relay accurate times. I knew I would have a wait but this was ridiculous!

I had my truck worked on there. Service told me they would park it in the service lane and lock the keys in it. I could only pick it up after work. So my wife and I drive there and its blocked in by other vehicles. So Saturday morning I call and explain, I asked if someone can come get me, since my wife works Saturday's. They tell me they have no one available, so I was stuck without a vehicle. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, NOT TO MENTION I BOUGHT MY TRUCK THERE.Bill Diaz

Called at 11:53 because I had a simple question for the service department. Woman who answered the phone said they close at 12. I ask to speak to them anyway. She placed me on hold for 7 minutes. Tried calling back 7 times before they closed and she never would answer the phone again! What a pathetic human to do that to someone. You’ll never get my business again!

Have been calling for 2 weeks no one from service call me back. Drove 2hr to check on re-call. Decided to rotate tires have been here an hour and a half truck still in the same spot. They make it very easy to buy a vehicle, but they certainly make it hard to service it. after waiting another 30 minutes I decided to leave. Two hour wait no one even bothered to talk to you to tell you how long it would be or anything. Sorry excuse for a service department.

My son bought a used truck and I bought 2 new vehicles from Courtesy Ford in Breaux Bridge. Although we live in Mississippi, we found that Courtesy had what we needed and were the best people to deal with. Our salesman, Mark Carrier, was outstanding and went the “extra mile”. I would definitely recommend Courtesy Ford!

This is my second purchase i've made from Courtesy and i was extremely satisfied both times. I've never met a more honest, kindhearted or genuine all around good person like Sharon Delahoussaye and she is what keeps me going back. It took a few weeks this time but it's because she strives to find the best and most reliable vehicle for me because it's not just about the sale for her it's about helping others. She is also an avid animal advocate which to me says alot about a person. I also couldn't have done it without the Business Manager Alpha Dejean and Shannon Comeaux the sales manager because without their kindness and hard work i wouldn't have gotten my car. It's a team effort there and they work together to help people because that's really what matters most above all else.
