Stopped at another Cricket location and they couldn’t help me. Went to the Breaux Bridge location and had the pleasure of meeting the manager Ms Tiffany. Ms Tiffany was very knowledgeable and very nice. She had me out of the door in no time. Excellent customer service!

I love them. It is an excellent place, you find very good promotions and the one who helped me was a girl from Honduras who was very kind and attentive and above all, she solved my problem. I give her 5 stars and a 10 rating.

Useless staff. Sells you a plan saying itll work with your device (IMEI check) but when it doesn't sorry no refund. Wont even try to help fix it. Had to search APN settings for the carrier myself as the staff doesn't even know what that is... sharks and crooks is what that place is inhabited with... Or that's just what 'murica is all a about these days.

I have been using Cricket for 4 years now. Great service, workers are knowledgeable of their productsPlans are much more affordable than any other wireless provider. Just disappointed that the Cricket store in my area has closed.

This store has very rude employees which is to busy on their phone and talking to their friends in the store than to help a paying customer she couldn't even stand up to ask me what she could help me with. Im from out of town and need to stop in for a quick fix on 5/26/21 my screen protector shattered and my autistic son plays with it so I need it fixed quick before my child cuts his self. I was asked to put a mask on which I did but didn't cover my nose due to health conditions. I was asked to leave the store when I asked to speak with a manager or for a card so that I could call and speak with someone when I stepped closer bc I couldn't hear what the women was saying behind her mask. They ask you to wear a mask.. then when you say you have medication you can't they make you pull out your medication in front of everyone.... So not going there anymore.

I got a phone here yesterday that wouldn'twork on wifi. I lost $130 by returning the phone and canceling my cricket account. They by far a worst phone service provider ever. The only one with any sense was the new guy working there
