The waiting area is fantastic - comfortable, with high-end finishes, snacks, specialty coffee, even private offices if you have a long wait and need to get some work done! And they are NEVER stingy about a loaner if you need to leave your car for service, and the loaners themselves are impeccable. And the folks here are BEYOND polite and professional. “We went in last night with a low tire, knowing it couldn't be fixed & we'd need to replace the front 2. With it being so late we were going catch a lyft home and pick up our car the next day. The staff was so nice and went ahead and changed out the tires for us even though it was getting close to closing time. I truly do appreciate them! Made things a lot less stressful for us.”

“Not sure where the other review showing a photo of "bad welds" came from (guessing the welds shown were originally on his car and not done by supreme, a classic "you touched it" situation) because I've had nothing but excellent work by these guys, I've been here twice to fix the dreaded cracked pipe on a new edge mustang caused by the ac dripping right on the cat, they are always quick, friendly, and prompt always having it back to me within a day at a great price, I trust these guys and when I'm ready to bite the bullet on a true duel system I'm definitely coming here for it (just gotta fix my cars other issues first lmao)”

I don’t care what anyone says about any other place, these are the right guys to go to if you want to get your car modified the RIGHT WAY. Care about you as a person not just as a quick buck, want you to be able to see the value in your car and understand any problems that do arise. Helped me learn more about my turbo kit and everything it actually does for my car. They don’t expect you to know every single day under the sun about cars and prefer if you didn’t so they would be able to teach you and learn so when you do leave the shop you have some general knowledge of how things work and what you need to fix or do going forward. I will 100% be doing business again. Got my BRZ tuned by them and hitting the highway after leaving put the biggest smile on my face. Military friendly as well!”
“Brought my Truck in for am A/C repair on Friday. The evaporator was leaking so the entire dashboard had to come out.
Shawn went above and beyond so I could have my Truck back on Monday!!!
Other shops would have had the Truck for days, forcing me to spend money on a rental.

“Very good customer service, I went there for an oil change I was involved in a car accident that left my passenger side door not opening, and the man i think either Brian or Dylan helped fix that problem to where I was able to leave there with my passenger door opening and closing, and also took the tire marks off my car I truly did enjoy my first time experience there, and would highly recommended this place to people and they also give out free snowballs when you getting a service there.”
“The service and the people were both amazing! I checked with a Nissan dealership and let them know what part I needed but they came back 10 minutes later and told me I needed about 2k more of Parts not including labor which I knew was game being ran. In the end I decide to go to a different place and get the part separate, the part itself cost about $550 and the labor was about $200 and I love that they were also very honest and transparent about the fact that I did need to get the extra parts like the dealership said and I only need to replace the core piece! Lying to get more things sold as always so despicable to me and it's also why I'm happy when I can find dealerships that don't try to sell me needless parts or labor that I don't need to have done. Also despite other places being booked up for the next 2 or 3 days even though they were also busy they managed to squeeze me in once they opened and I was done and out in an hour before it got busy. AMAZING SERVICE! And though I was scared because getting anything done or fixed on the car is always a worry since people again do lie to me and tell me more things I need to get done they never said that anything more needs to happen and the even fix some things (heat shield) below without charging me for it. Very very pleased and after 2 months of check engine light it was gone right after, and I feel so much safer on the road”
“My experience with Jefferson Auto Service was incredible! They were so kind, helpful, thorough, and my car runs better than it ever has. Their prices were very fair and reasonable. Personally, the best part is the super detailed report you get when you have the diagnostic test done. I’ve never received a report with such detail that includes pictures and videos of the assessments of YOUR car being done. As someone who loves data, this was absolutely fascinating and so comforting to know that I wasn’t paying for something I didn’t need. My cars will never see another automotive shop because they are my forever mechanics now. Super grateful for them and their skill and hospitality! 10/10 all around! And they have complementary full size cans of Diet Coke (as well as many other options) in their waiting area!! What a luxury!”
